I appreciate that this boba shop is in my local plaza, and is walking distance from my home. They have good variety of tea flavors (milk or fruit) to choose from. I also like that I can customize the tea and sugar levels. For a quick boba stop they get the job done! The boba is typically fresh and bouncy. Their matcha milk tea or matcha latte is not my favorite in comparison to other tea shops. Their Assam Black tea is perfect. All of the workers are kind and efficient. A lot of local students enjoy coming here to study. The location is always tidy, with music playing in the background.

we came here for the first time and got a jasmine yakult and mango fruit tea w/ boba. we ordered the mango tea with 100% sugar and was a bit too sweet for me. it had a good mango flavor with a hint of tea. the boba was a bit on the softer side, but still had good texture. the yakult drink was good, but i preferred the mango flavor a little more.if you want a place to drink boba and socialize, this place is great as it has many seats with many games to choose from!

Haven't been here since it was still Ding Tea. I came here with my friend on a Saturday afternoon to get drinks. I got the matcha oreo brulee. If you've ever been to OMOMO, this drink is kind of the same concept, but thicker and creamier since it's blended. The matcha flavor is super strong too, which I didn't expect. It was sweet, but balanced out with a bit of bitterness and creaminess from the cream layer? The boba this time was pretty hard, not sure if that's because the drink was making it harder or what not. Other than that, I'd come here again to get the matcha oreo brulee.They have a lot of other drinks here too like the Thai Tea brulee, Korean strawberry milk, and mug bean milk tea. I'd stop by here for another blended matcha oreo brulee.

I ordered the guava green tea and I really liked it! I was intrigued they had this flavor because it's not as common. I asked the cashier what sweetness he recommended if I like it sweet but not super sweet, and he said "slight sugar" and it was perfect!! My friend got a regular milk tea and it was not bad too.

I tried the popular drink from here. It was OK. I thought it was very sweet. I would love to try it other options. Next time the service was great on ambience was really cool.

I had high hope of their Tiger Thai blizzard milk tea drink, but honestly I'm not fan as it tastes rather underwhelming. The building hasn't been updated with really dirty walls and old furniture.

The drinks are fantastic, with perfectly chewy boba pearls and unique, delicious flavors. The friendly staff makes the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Arteazen is my favorite boba shop in San Diego!! I used to come here all the time back when it was Ding Tea and was kind of nervous when they made the switch but it's still my go-to spot for boba! I used to order the chocolate milk tea and Thai milk tea with sea cream and boba at Ding Tea and they're still my go-to at Arteazen. They taste exactly the same! So good, so delicious and creamy. There's something that's so good about the chocolate milk tea, it's the main reason why we come here. When we lived here, we'd drive 20 minutes at least once a week just to get boba here - definitely worth it! The service is always great. The workers are always kind and make the drinks quickly. The line can get pretty long, especially since it's a hot spot for UCSD students, but the wait is never insanely long. Love the ambiance here too! It's very modern and clean inside. The seating is kind of limited but there's a few tables to sit down at and they even have a bunch of board games that you can play while you enjoy your drink.

ORDERstrawberry lychee green tea (3/5)i adjusted the sweetness to 75% and less ice. i honestly don't taste the lychee flavor and the tea tastes a little weird to me. overall, the drink isn't bad and the sweetness level is perfect. the more i drink it, the more i like it. the boba has no flavor, but the texture is nice and chewy.wintermelon jasmine green tea (3.5/5)the wintermelon flavor is light, but the drink is super refreshing. the lychee jelly pairs with the tea perfectly. you can customize your drink by choosing up to 2 flavors and picking a tea. there is also an option to make it a milk tea / slushie. i really like this concept! SERVICE (5/5)there was one worker on a saturday morning who took our order and made our drinks. service was super quick. AMBIANCE there are tables available inside, as well as board and card games. this would be a nice study / hangout spot :)

Got dessert with my wife after we ate at the korean restaurant in the plaza. The staff was super sweet and attentive. She said hi as soon as we opened the door! Was very knowledgeable and helped us decide what to get. We ended up ordering the matcha Oreo brulee and Tiger thai!Flavor was a blast! For the matcha Oreo brulee, you can absolutely taste all the flavors in there from the matcha, to the brulee cream and the bits of Oreo. Sweetness was just right for us.Tiger thai was a Thai tea on steroids! Yum! Basically a Thai tea with a bang. Seems to be like a great study and hang out spot.The place was simple and minimalistic.Would definitely recommend and come back as it's so convenient. Parking is easy
