Arrowhead Ranch Water & Ice

We've been getting our water here for years now. They offer both reverse osmosis and alkaline water and both taste great. They also have a convenient prepaid card system so you can get a discount. They're also open every day which is really convenient.

I think my hopes were too high. I am also hoping the experience was sub par because of covid-19 restrictions. I purchased a new 5-gallon water jug and had mine refilled. They sanitize when they refill, which is cool. My new jug came with a free fill. I got alkaline water, just because it was an option. The person working behind the counter appeared as though he was hesitant to provide customer service. The only thing that resulted in 2 stars was the customer service. I will update my review if I return.

Love coming here. I like that they are the ones filling the bottles for everyone. They only allow a couple people in the store at a time. I don't mind waiting outside because they are attentive and give fast/friendly customer service. The pre-pay card system works well for me, I like that you get a better deal if you load your card with more $. Plus, my favorite boba place is right next door FTW!

I know I know it's just water. Water is water right? Maybe so but I will gladly and do drive 20 miles to get my water here. The customer service is second to none. They politely take your bottles from you, rinse them, fill them and help you load them in your car. Are you serious? I'm not used to this customer service anymore. I'd pay a dollar a gallon. Well done Arrowhead Ranch water and ice. Keep up the great work .

Love this place. Always clean. Always organized. All 3 gentlemen I've seen there are super helpful, and friendly. They clean your bottles out before filling. Other both distilled and aqua line water and share with you the process and details if you ask. You can see their huge stainless steel system through the glass. They offer bottles of various sizes and materials with many different set ups for your bottles. They use a point system, you purchase points on a gift card and that is how you pay, very cost effective prices- you can also leave your card with them so different members in your family can run out for water and not worry about who or where the card is. They have big carts you can load and unload your bottles on, and they always help you out with putting in your car

Clean location, great service, and delicious water. Leagues better than my Brita-filtered tap water. Wish I found this place sooner.

I've been filling my water jugs for years at this location! They are always fast, courteous and offer help to my vehicle. Hey be gotten both alkaline and R/O water and both are absolutely delicious! Very clean taste. I've been hooked in alkaline ever since I made the transition not too long ago. I've never had a bad experience at this location! And I love that they help the community as well! This is what a bussiness is all about!

This place is awesome. The worker always jumps up to fill your water and offers help to your car. The shop is super clean too. The worker Chris, I believe was his name that was there today is sufficient, hard working, and super helpful even when there was a lot of people in there at once. I refuse to go to the Deer Valley Water and Ice store which doesn't even help you! This places standards are amazing.

This place is awesome! Service is always top notch, snow cones are on point, and their outside water station to use during off hours ALWAYS WORKS!!!

Amazing water and ice store. Manager and employees are great. Been going here for years. Forgot my wallet and still let me get water. Going to pay them back tomorrow.
