During a stressful week, I noticed this restaurant while completing an errand. Deciding to give myself a break on cooking dinner, I opted for take out. Noodles are comfort food - especially Thai food. Glancing at the menu, I chose Pad See-ew. What really drew me to this dish & sets it apart? The greens used instead of broccoli. This place Pad See-ews! Upon entering, I learned it's cash only however, you can scan a QR code & order online to pay with card. ETA was quoted at 10 minutes but it was much quicker than that. It's a small place but clean & cozy. Service was quick & friendly. After arriving home & tucking into my food, I was not disappointed. The slight bitterness of the greens balances the sweet & salty flavors of the rest of the dish. Perfection for dinner & a good way to end a less than stellar day. I will definitely be back as this is the best Pad See-ew I've ever had. Thanks Aroy!

We pass by this place all the time and were curious to try it. Finally went on a Sunday for lunch. From the outside it looks modern and inviting. Inside two small rooms with a few table. Looks bigger from the outside. We were the first customers of the day and were seated immediately. We were instructed to scan a code for the menu. I'd like for this to end, but I'm sure it will not end. We had water to drink, I think this is a BYOB place because they charge a corkage fee from the virtual menu. Corkage fees are stupid for this level of restaurant. The menu offers a few vegetarian items. I wanted some curry so I ordered Panang curry with Tofu. They asked what level of spice I wanted based on 0 to 5, I ordered 4, I like it spicy. My partner ordered a Thai fried rice. Our food arrived after about 10 minutes. Not very impressive looking. The curry looked watery and very light for Panang. Unfortunately the looks were correct. This curry was super sweet, not a bit spicy, watery tasting. I wanted to return it but we never saw the waitress again. My partner said the same about his food. Bland and boring. He finally got up, found a server and asked for the hot sauce I had resigned myself to eat some of it. Overall service was not great, food was not good, the restaurant decor and ambiance were OK. I doubt we will return, too much good food out there.

Probably one of my favorite Thai restaurants in the city! I came here for the first time and was blown away by how delicious the food was and how attentive service was. I met the owner and he was so kind and welcoming. We tried a variety of dishes but my favorite were the crab Rangoon and pineapple shrimp curry. They are also the only restaurant to serve this unique noodle dish (aroy noodles), which are rice noodles with a delicious bbq pork sauce. Heads up they are also cash only. I can't wait to come back and try more things from their menu and also love how they have a lunch special. Since I don't live far, I'll have to give that a try sometime too.

Wow this place was delicious! Everything was piping hot and fresh. I didn't get a chance to snap pics because we devoured everything right away. Took in a nice weather day with patio seating. The indoor area had plenty of seating as well. Several large groups were able to fit their parties. Staff was incredibly warm and attentive. My boyfriend (who doesn't even use Yelp) brought up making an account just to write a review because the staff was so friendly. We'll be back!

Best Thai food I've had in Chicago. The Duck Bamee and Aroy Noodles are insane. They have a menu in Thai so you know it's going to be good as well as Thai customers. Service is great and locally owned

Please note---- This restaurant is cash onlyMy friend and I came here for dinner recently while we were in the area. We ordered pot stickers to start and thought that they were good. I forget the name of my main dish, but it was one of the spicier noodle ones that they had on their menu. I thought that the food and experience was good, but there are a few Thai restaurants I like better in this area and in my neighborhood. I may need to come back and try more items to give a better assessment.

We went back during our recent trip to Chicago and so glad that we tried Kor Moo Yang (grilled pork neck), this is very authentic like what we had in Thailand. Services here are always amazing. We also enjoyed pad prik gang with fish and mango sticky rice.

I think this was a hidden gem in Ravenswood. My friend took me to this Thai restaurant that was really really good. I would say the only thing to know before coming is that it's cash only. They do have an atm but if you want to avoid those fees then make sure you have cash. I got the shrimp shumai and it was a little over cooked but still pretty good. I also got the veggie pad Thai and it was probably one of the better Thai spots I've had in Chicago. If you're ever in Ravenswood you should check this spot out. The staff is really friendly and they definitely take care of you!

Came by for lunch. Service was fair, ambiance casual and food was between 3 - 4 stars. High point for me was the quality of the vegetables, often times smaller restaurants tend to compromise in this area. FYI most dishes are on the sweeter side by default when compared to average Thai heat.
