I had an outstanding experience at Arlo, thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make our evening memorable.From the moment we arrived, Stasia made us feel right at home. Although we arrived early for our reservation, she welcomed us warmly and made sure we were comfortable in the Monkey Bar lounge area. She was attentive without being pushy and kept us hydrated in the warm weather. Her friendly demeanor and genuine engagement made the start of our evening delightful.Michael, who took our reservation over the phone assured me that all my health accommodations would be taken care of and even let us choose the specific seating area we needed. His attention to detail was much appreciated.Keyla was fantastic! She remembered my preferred seating spot and was patient and understanding throughout our visit. When she learned it was a birthday celebration, she not only remembered our friend's name but also informed Elanah, who also made a point to acknowledge the special occasion using all of our names.Elanah's exceptional service was the highlight of the evening. She always goes the extra mile to ensure we have a great time, remembering my favorite drinks and helping me navigate food options that are safe for my allergies.As for the food, it was simply fantastic. I enjoyed the rigatoni pasta with peas and perfectly cooked salmon. My friend's braised ribs were tender and moist on the inside, with a crispy exterior and layers of flavor, accompanied by delicious cornbread. My friend had the scallops, which were beautifully seared and tender inside, paired with perfectly crispy Brussels sprouts. For dessert, the cheesecake bite was a perfect end to the meal.Everyone at Arlo consistently goes out of their way to ensure my safety and enjoyment, making every visit special. I highly recommend this place for their excellent food and outstanding service. Thank you again!

I have mixed feelings about this place.I actually liked their food quite a bit. I liked ambience as well. Parking was a bit of hustle because you have to get validated, otherwise it's not free.The worst part was service. I made a reservation for 2 for 11am. We got there early at around 10:30am. There were bunch of empty tables in both indoor and outdoor so we asked a hostess if we can get seated little early. She said "No. We are backed up and can't seat you guys until 11am." She didn't even offer us to sit at the bar or anything so we just waited by the hostess desk.While we waited, we saw several groups showed up and the same hostess seated them right away. We figured they had 10:30 - 10:45am reservations. We waited some more and saw more people came and got seated right away. In the meantime, the hostess didn't say a word to us. When she seated another large group, we finally said let's ask for a table again. There was one more hostess at the front desk by that time so we asked her if the large group had a reservatin and she said no. What??????So they took all those walkin customers but not us who actually had a reservation??? We were so annoyed at that point and told her that we were told to wait until 11am by the other hostess and that we have been waiting for a half hour!! She looked up a reservation system again and mumbled something like "how strange" and brought us to a table. The first hostess was terrible but the second one wasn't great either as she didn't acknowledge the mistake on their end and didn't apologize for making us wait for a half hour! She took us to a table, put the menu on the table and left without saying a word. Our waiter was nice and efficient but the two hostesses ruined it for us. It was also for my friend's birthday and I noted that when I made a reservation but they didn't acknowledge that either. Because I liked the food, I might give them another try in the future, but this experience was very unpleasant and bizarre.

Was at SDCC and stayed at the Town & Country. I just didn't want to drive out one of the days during my stay, especially during SDCC weekend so we all gave this place a shot. It's a solid restaurant within the resort. Our server Anthony was attentive and very friendly. Everything we ordered tasted great. The best thing though was the mussels. We had order another round because it was that good. The shrimp for the shrimp cocktail is also fire. Especially with how large the shrimp was. Highly recommend if you're staying at Town & Country or just in the area.

Arlo's been on my list of places to eat for a while and was happy I finally made it here. They are located within the Town & Country resort which I had also never been and it truly feels like you're in a resort outside of the city. I heard that directions may lead you to a different location but since I'm pretty familiar with the area it was easy to find. It's also nice that there is a parking garage and they validate your parking. We came at the tail end of the DJ brunch and opted to sit outside since it was a nice day. Great views of the pool and resort area, however felt the music was a little too loud. I particularly liked their drink options - build your own mimosa and Bloody Mary carts. The menu also had a good selection and variety. For an appetizer we ordered the crab cake which was actually pretty large and had a good amount of crab. The sauce and mustard seeds also added to it. For my brunch item I opted for the tocino fried rice which I enjoyed a lot. The rice was crispy and had 3 large pork belly pieces. A good amount of food and the prices were pretty typical for brunch. To conclude, a fun atmosphere, good food and service and a great place to meet up for brunch.

Lets start with the positive shall we? We came here for their first boy band brunch of the summer, on a Sunday. Their brunch was good. I had the pork sausage, probably one of the best I've ever had. I know, sounds odd to give such accolades for sausage, but it wasn't too salty, and it was seasoned just right. I also had the avocado toast with the poached eggs.We ordered mimosas, but not the 30 dollar unlimited, we ordered their Veuve Cliquot - orange label,. And were offered, I believe three types of juice. OJ, pineapple and cranberry. It's located right by their parking structure (which they will validate! No parking fee!) The restaurant is cute, with a nice open patio, which was quite warm that day , so we decided to dine inside. We noticed we were probably one of the few locals that were there at that time, lots of family with kiddos. As the day progressed (last hour of the brunch I believe like 1?) The DJ got louder and the crowd changed more to a local and older crowd. After brunch we decided to move to the bar, and had espresso martini's which were decent. But the bartender gave us the menu that should have been given to us at brunch. (I attached a photo) we were disappointed that we weren't offered that because we would have def ordered food from that menu. What was crazy is when we were sitting at the bar, our server came over to us and said she needed one of our cc's back because she somehow deleted half of our bill? Idk how that even happens, but what if we had just left? What would have happened to the bill? That was a first that has happened, I'm hoping she's new, due to the lack of menu selection and the bill flub, Would I come back? sure, but it's def not going to be my first selection for brunch. It was their first one of the season, so give em a break.

GREAT birthday fun! We were a party of 10 and first time here for all of us. Our server was fabulous! I arrived about 15 minutes early and was allowed to setup. Our server was attentive from the very start. We felt like we were on vacation with the backdrop of hotel, pool and island-like landscape and DJ spinning from afar. A friend recommended we sit outside and the weather was perfect. Great menu selection and we started with their #TheHouseSourdough with herb butter and smoked sea salt I ordered #ArloSeafoodPlatter which came chilled and was delicious wasn't expecting full lobster tail and very meaty too #PrimeRibEye was so tasty and yea coming back for more. I wanted a fun birthday cocktail and our server recommended #QueenBee and it did not disappoint Making reservations was a breeze, parking was validated, and loved that our cake cutting fee was waived because we served ourselves. We made sure our server got a slice too. I want to also try their brunch too

Delicious brunch at the Town and Country Resort. Live DJ playing on Saturdays and Sundays. Indoor and outdoor seating. Nice vibe and friendly staff. The pork belly fried rice and the steak and eggs dishes were our favorites!

The place was a little hard to find. But it is in the same area entrance as the Towne & Country Resort. If you are facing the lobby, parking is on the left side and it is validated by the restaurant. Walked in to meet my friends and I was immediately impressed by the restaurant. It was airy and lots of windows. The server immediately asked if I wanted coffee. Service is definitely excellent. Everyone was attentive and was aways good at asking if we need anything. Now the food. The steak and eggs were not great. I ordered medium rare. It just had this burnt taste. Chimichurri was pretty good. My friend complained that there were no meat in the biscuit and gravy. The smores was pretty damn awesome. I'd go back just for that dessert. Overall, it was fine. Service is what gave it 4 stars.

Vibes were immaculate! Came for a dinner outing with a couple coworkers. We chose seating on their outdoor patio, where live music was playing... for 3 hours! On a casual Wednesday night! It was beautiful. Cocktails were delish. Ordered the blood orange gin fizz, would easily get again. For appetizers, the scallops (they weren't bad, but would probably opt for the oysters next time) and fritto misto (pretty good!) For main entree, hands-down, the wagyu meatloaf was amazing! I plan to come back just to order this again. The spot prawns & pasta had a kick, a little too hot for my spice tolerance. The pan roasted seabass was good. Appreciate the free dessert with Yelp check-in. Perfect way to end our evening. Validated parking in the hotel lot structure is a huge plus! Our server Abraham came in hawt with all the recs! Much appreciated!!Had a great time, and definitely intend to come back again.

ARLO is such a cute brunch spot! They've recently renovated the area and it reminds me of brunch in Miami next to the pool and all the palm trees. My group decided to get together for brunch since it was DJ hosted and the music was pretty good! The drinks were strong and the food was ok. The food did take over 30 mins to come out and it wasn't hot either. I'm willing to give brunch another try jn a few months when they have it a bit more together.
