Soo... WHY DIDNT I READ THE REVIEWS FIRST.... Elite overlook... but my HUNGER over road all senses... I ordered 10 pc wings ..came with fries...WHY TL...she tell me my total was $22 ...TF... that should have been an indication alone....but again..i hadn't eaten ALL day...not they restaurant fault definitely on me...but ..why I have tk wait OVER 30 minutes for wings.... and no.... it wasn't busy.... now....no type of communication from the staff..to let me know the status of my order ... they come out.... to give credit where credit is due...it was fresh and hot.... I ordered Buffalo and lemon pepper..Meh...... I think I'm more upset at the $22 price tag like I ordered a sirloin or sumn

Zuri is located in the Lux Hotel. It's freaking awesome!!! My bartender YOLANDA is incredible!!! Yolanda can mix a drink and will absolutely take care of you!!! The patio with fire pit is super cozy and the vibe is electric!!! Be ready to turn up and grab a room so you can turn down afterwards.

Really enjoyed myself last night! The all white affairs was everything. I will say the wait time to order your food was longer than usual and the food was "just ok"; however the waitress was very polite. If you're looking to have a good time with friends or a group of people this is a great place.

This place is inside a rather nice hotel and not very close to any other restaurants or businesses. The pictures advertising it in the hotel lobby show a couple dressed to the nines sharing a cocktail while gazing lovingly into each other's eyes. That's not this place. It's a bar plain and simple with bar food. I was hoping for a more upscale dining experience, but it's pretty much pizza and wings. So, it's not terrible; just not what I was expecting. I do have to say the young lady who waited on me was quite pleasant and made me something not on the menu.

The management and owner do not know how to train employees effectively. The communication is lacking to say the least. They have held 2 paychecks from me despite several attempts I have made to retrieve it from them I was even lied to and told I could come at a specific date and time,but when I arrived the owner was not there. I reached.out to him as he is the one with my checks and of course I have yet to receive a response. The food offered at this "lounge" is tasteful bc of Golden. He is a great cook. They prices are way too expensive for bar type food. The furniture such as booths and "VIP" area are busted and need.to be replaced especially since they are charging for the use of these things. The only "nice" thing about this.place is that they supposedly have huge pool parties in the summer and there is a patio to enjoy nice weather if you chose to visit this establishment

Stayed at the Lux with my children this past weekend for a football competition at the AT&T stadium. After returning to the hotel that evening after the games we had an appetite and excited to try the hotel restaurant since they were only open for dinner hours. Upon arrival there were only 2 other patrons aside from staff. Staff were all sitting at tables socializing with each other and we were immediately told not to touch the balloons as they were for an event later that night. Totally understandable and sat far away. Our waitress approached and informed us they only have 3 things on a very large menu--fried crawfish, shrimp and something else. So i asked for a discount due to lack of preparation nor alert to hotel host. Waitress goes up to a woman at a table talking to ask her if this would be ok, to which this incredibly inconvenienced woman aggressively shakes her head no and goes back to the table to continue playing friends with the staff at the table. So when I requested to ask her/ explain we were just tired from a long day of competition she shuts down and says Zuri is not part of hotel and its not her problem that their restaurant doesn't have food. So since she wasn't part of the hotel I suggested clearly a negative review is possible. If the hotel gives excellent service and the restaurant does not. That did not go over well with her so she immediately yelled "B*** you'd better get your a** out of here before I kick you in the face!"....mind you this was in front of my children. After talking to hotel management they graciously gave them a meal for the night from their gift shop and advised that their restaurant staff are notorious for being on drugs and aggressive so they are working to fire that staff.All in all. Would not recommend going unless you are a cop to arrest the ratchet staff here.

Very chilled laid back fun environment had fun at the pool party Wednesday night with crowd

Disappointed! Restaurant and bar is only open Friday and Saturdays. It shows online OPEN!!!! I was also unable to get into the Spa. We used points to upgrade and they could only accommodate one night of the 2, therefore we would have to change rooms for the second night. They do not offer breakfast. Highly disappointed and would not recommend.
