Zio Al's Pizza & Pasta

I was disappointed. On December 1, 2024 I ordered 2 pizzas to handle dinner while driving home from Six Flags. The pizzas arrived cold (room temperature at best). I called in again and the person who took the order, a man whose name rhymes with "Drew", answered and promised me a call from the manager and a likely refund. I gave it the week and have received no call nor a refund. Zio Al's contracts the delivery to DD/UE or similar. I am a 1.6 mile/4 minute drive from the location, so either the pizza sat while waiting for the driver, or the driver managed to cool the pizza while bringing it over. The driver put the pizza on the porch and left hurriedly: all seen on the ring camera/I ran out to give him a tip but he'd already driven away.I get it. Things happen. If a customer calls with an issue, then it should be handled while on the phone (He could have said: "Sometimes food cools off. Live with it.", or offered me a coupon.), or the promised call back has to materialize.

Perk is they're open late however service took a little long for takeout - they were running behind. Prices are above average. Pizza was okay, not bad! The wings were good but a little small. I would stick to wing stop! Overall, slightly overrated but up there with the main contenders.

I'm a night owl and I love that this place closes late at 3 am I believe. Came to grab a pizza after a night out drinking and this pizza HIT. Amazing taste, good crust, etc. 3 minutes from my house, and good staff. Suggest ordering ahead online from your phone because it would take like 15-20 minutes to receive it so order ahead and drive there and pick up. Won't be disappointed

They don't honor their 2 for one specials on Uber eats. 3 times now. It's ridiculous. You call them and they won't make it right. They pass the buck to Uber eats by saying it's Uber's ticket not theirs. They are smug and the quality has declined as well as their customer service. Won't be ordering from them again there are too many pizza places around. I'll go elsewhere.

My wife and I have been visiting new pizza joints around N Dallas/Richardson and we found Zio Al's. As my wife stated it is so far the best we have had. We ordered the thick crust with sausage and mushrooms and it was delicious and chewy. Finally a pizza without all the toppings not clumped in the middle of the pizza. There was a great garlic taste to the pizza so we didn't need to add anything but red pepper flakes. Give this place a shot as the restaurant was empty.

Me and my friend came to get some pizza after a long day, we always love Zio-Al's for how late they are opened. This place had wonderful customer service and had great recommendations! This was not a busy time but the place had a very nice feel. Thank you Seddik!

Used to love this place :( really fell apart. Came in and they ignored me. Lady on her phone and just sat there. Pretty sad, used to be my go to spot for years.

Man, order from G!! He's the guy with the best recommendations! The pizza is great even if you just have pepperoni with any toppings, and you got a winner!

Everything. Worst example ever! Restroom is tooClose to "dining area". Service was poor and pizza was a total disappointment. The location is awful.

I requested no marinara sauce, no tomato sauce, only cheese. The pizza articles with marinara sauce. Nobody can eat it. Zero star
