Zeytin Mediterranean Grill

this place is pretty good I ordered a few things via Uber eats :1) borek cigar - pretty good but I think that it would be best to eat it hot right when it comes out . 3.6/52) kibbeh - I do prefer the version with a thinner wrap and not rice but it was still pretty good . The accompanying garlic sauce was great (3.9/5)3) iskindar- this is one of my favourite Turkish cuisine dishes . It was ok here - a little bit too dry (3.6/5)A descent Turkish food option here in Arlington

Wasn't impressed. To make what could be a long review simple. Was walking distance from my hotel, so super convenient for me. It was dead in here, and should be it was a Sunday night at 8 pm. But you'd figure you would have some nice food? Right?Ordered the hummus plate to start and it was really forgetful. Pita was dry and not great. The hummus itself was very forgetful and I feel immediately after this was splaced my main course showed up. Which is a pet peeve of mine. Space them out a little. What's the rush? I was literally one of 3 people in the restaurant. The meat from my gyro plate was very dry. You eat with your eyes and it wasn't appetizing. Overall, maybe it was an off night. But I don't think I'll come back even if it was an off night.

Customer service was excellent, splitting 8 bills and serving the food quickly. The restaurant was fancy looking and is good for large parties or romantic couples.The price for food was reasonable, yet quality of food definitely can improve. My order of Zeytin kebab was drier than expected, which led me to asking for more tomato sauce. The Turkish coffee was very ground and not fine. Even with sweets, the coffee was more bitter than what I had in Turkey.

Ordered through Grubhub! Order came in a decent time and food was hot. Very much recommend.Looking forward to dining in soon.

This place was hands down amazing! The staff is so sweet and down to earth. The positivity really made it 10x more enjoyable. The food exceeded my expectations! The falafel was great as well as the gyro, everything on our plates was fantastic!! I will definitely be back next time I come to Texas!

Beautiful atmosphere. Good amount of parking. Lots of natural light. They serve wine!! Overlooking some water and nature but still close to lots of other businesses and main roads. -craving hummus so I picked the first place that came up--what a great surprise to find this place!-the inside is very well done, has a stone wall and other decor that truly feels like I'm in the Mediterranean.Service: was great! I got here right when they opened, so I ordered my food at the counter. Not sure if I was supposed to wait at my table LOL but I was able to pay right away. I got my drink and appetizer very quickly. -not on the menu, but I got a chicken shawarma plate. It was AWESOME! everything was colorful and felt healthy and fresh. -came with chicken,-pickled pink veggies(I think cabbage and beet)-rice (so good, I always run out!)-and a cucumber/tomato salad. I also ordered French fries and an order of hummus. -I should have specified to get the fries closer to when I got my entree because I ate half of them right away, also very delicious.-the order of hummus was good. My friend got pita from here one time and it was softer than the one I had today. As soon as it cooled off/room temperature, it became hard and chewy. Thank you!! Will have to come back!

The place was busy. I never been here before. The ordering process was confusing as there wasn't an employee that was directing anyone to sit down and get your order taken or if you order at the counter. Finally just grabbed a menu and saw that other people were ordering at the counter. So I just followed them. The place had an interesting vibe. Had character but a lot of mom and pop decor that looked dated and didn't go with the Mediterranean feel. There was dust built up on the ceiling tiles and the lights were turned off so only natural light was coming in. Seemed low budget. My food came quick but without utensils. So I had to go search for my own. Surprise they were back up by the counter and it is plastic utensils??? The gyro meat had a skin on it, possibly from being cooked too long. Not enough sauce on the meal to give the fries flavor. I wound up not eating all of my food and leaving as it was poor quality and a bad experience overall. I would not come back.

Came here for a quick lunch post-seminar and was not disappointed. The shawarma meat is very tender and moist. It came with a side of pita, hummus, and a pickled vegetable salad. The hummus was not gritty and the pita was light and fluffy. The vegetables were not overly briny or acidic, but a nice addition to an otherwise heavier lunch.

BEWARE of RAW chicken getting served!! We enjoyed food in this restaurant on many occasions! My very recent visit was awful & ruined my appetite & made me sick for two days!!! Stewardess was friendly & very attentive absolutely no complains on them and definitely food was tasty from my past experience. This time I was served UNCOOKED CHICKEN, like they seemed cooked from the outside but inside it was RAW!!! This was my first time ordering chicken kebabs here!! So I got this to the notice of the stewardess and she took it to the manager & he was a total ASS about it & said he cooked it to perfection!!! THAT WAS RUDE!! You could be the cook with years of experience and some time SHIT happens!!! He doesn't have the courtesy to check but has the bitchy attitude to tell that chicken was cooked to the perfection!!! Thinking about it just angers me so much!!! THAT GUY IN THE CAP SHOULD NOT BE WORKING!!!! HE SHOULD GO TO KEBABS-TOGO & learn how to cook kebabs!!! That's unhygienic & unhealthy !!! It's not beef or pork to consume raw, tender and juicy!!! It could give people SALMONELLA!!! That's the bottom line!!! Uncooked food is one thing and the way the manager com chef addressed is another!!! SO BE AWARE THAT YOU MIGHT GET UNCOOKED MEAT AND CAN ALSO GET SALMONELLA! AND STILL GOT CHARGED FOR THE UNCOOKED MEAT IS THE TOP OF THE CAKE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!

Great place to eat! Always always good! People are so wonderful and kind as well. Also healthy eats!
