My favorite sushi restaurant outside of Japan! Amazing tasting sushi for a great price that punches way out of its price point! Better than Kura Revolving Sushi with higher quality fish. Friendly owners and staff. All this keeps us coming back every week (seriously, look how many pictures are in this review).Considering the high quality, their prices are more than fair when compared to Kura Revolving Sushi. Each plate ($3.75) is just $0.40 more than Kura, but definitely worth the small increase. Combine that with free hot green tea, you get an amazing value here for the most delicious sushi. There are often quite a few things to check out on the conveyor belt, but what I love is that there are a ton of sushi roll options that are on their a-la-carte plate menu ($3.75 each). Kura can't match Yukihana in variety of small sushi plates.Let's move onto the fish. This whole section is dedicated to Salmon. Somehow, their salmon is the tastiest that I've ever tried. The firmness and texture and taste are just perfect. Try the Salmon Sushi, Salmon Sushi with Salad, and Special Salmon rolls as they're all awesome. The Salmon Sushi with Salad adds a sauce that perfectly complements the salmon flavor and is topped with a cute radish sprouts and slivers of onions. The Salmon Belly sashimi is firm, fat, and is like candy, just so delicious. Even their regular salmon sushi is better than everywhere else. The Special Salmon roll combines spicy tuna inside and Salmon on the outside for a yummy blend of both flavor profiles. More of my favorites include the Blue Fin Tuna and Blue Fin Toro (otoro). So tasty and melt-in-your-mouth. Their Uni was also extremely fresh and sweet tasting. Their hand rolls are great too with a great amount of fish and seasoned well with their sauce and masago on top. My favorites include the Spicy Tuna hand roll, White Tuna hand roll, and Masago hand roll. For full rolls, try the Pink Lady roll, which is the most unique tasting roll over had in a while. It's eel, masago, cucumber, avocado on the inside and Salmon on the top. I always love when a sushi restaurant has kizami wasabi in addition to regular wasabi. Kizami wasabi is pickled wasabi. To me it makes every bite so much better. The ambiance is dim and romantic and cutely decorated. The staff and owners are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Music selection is modern and not too loud for a relaxing meal.Coming to Yukihana helps me to forget about sushi in Japan without breaking the wallet at an omakase sushi restaurant. Thanks for tiding me over for my sushi fix until my next Japan trip.

Decent sushi for the price. Friendly service. I was not disappointed in the selection I made. I came for lunch so the conveyor belt didn't have much variety but if you ask they will bring you what's not coming around. Nice clean, and modern decorated establishment. I'm glad it's near by. Will be back.

Wow I think I have found one of my new favorite revolving sushi restaurants!Service was great and the quality of the fish is exceptional. Compared to Kura the cuts are thick and they even offer sashimi on the conveyer belt without an up charge.Highly recommend coming in if you're craving sushi or Japanese food!

Service was excellent during a disconcertingly quiet dinner time. Sushi was good, but not particularly memorable (except the fun revolving feature.) I'm planning to try again, will update my review after a second time.

Actually pretty impressed by this place. The sushi seemed like better quality than Kura & more interesting varieties, not just the basics. I also got an adorable little bowl of mini udon to finish my meal & it was perfect. We went around the holidays & it was pretty dead, I imagine it would be even better when there's more people & they are stocking the conveyer belt even more.

After hearing about a new revolving sushi place in the area, I had to try it out. I decided to swing by during the weekend for lunch and was left pretty satisfied.Since it was our first time here, our server explained to us exactly how the food service worked. He walked us through the menu as well as explained to us that we could specifically request fish. Each plate came with 2 pieces of nigiri and the fish tasted amazing. Everything was very fresh and it hit the spot. I left after eating around 15 plates and pretty full afterward.

If you are looking for a place with higher quality food than Kura, or just looking for good sushi in general, this is the place to go to!We came on a Saturday night and were promptly seated. There is a big selection of rolls to choose from, or you can grab stuff from the conveyor belt. We opted to just eat whatever was coming around on the conveyor belt and it did not disappoint. There was a lot of variety of nigiri, sashimi, rolls, and fried foods. And of course at any of these restaurants, if there was something you wanted that was not going around, you can always request it with the chef or waiter. There was also plenty of alcoholic beverages to choose from. The restaurant has a nice open feeling with you being able to see the entire kitchen due to the glass walls. With the quality of the food, good service, and size of the sushi pieces, this place will be added to my rotation of restaurants to choose from!

Came here at dinner time on a weekday and was surprised to see so few people, but maybe people don't really come to this kind of restaurant at 6p on Fridays? The location is nice, near KD and lots of parking. The restaurant itself was nice and clean as well.Unfortunately, maybe because there weren't many people, the couple dishes we had were so-so. The salmon nigiri was good, but the rice on some sushi rolls were old and the ingredients in those also tasted like they'd been there a while. And extra unfortunately, I was only visiting Texas for the eclipse, so I won't be coming any time soon to see if it's better with a livelier crowd. We left after trying five items and went to a different restaurant to eat for real.

When i entered the restaurant I noticed a young child near the register area, i didn't think too much of it. I ordered a california hand roll and shrimp tempura roll. I could see the food being prepared from where I was sitting, the same young child was touching the shrimp with no gloves on and helped roll it with her bare hands. she also helped make my california roll with bare hands. she should not have been in the kitchen at all. she didn't wash her hands in between. she went outside with a guy who works there and she was playing with a ball. the guy who works there was smoking in the front of the restaurant and i watched him picking boogers out of his nose and came back inside when he saw he had customers come in. when they came back inside the child and the guy continued to make food together. we are very disappointed because it was our first time there and wanted to try this sushi restaurant out. very bad and unsanitary experience and we will not be going back.
