So homey and so good! The guy taking our order was so informative and nice. We ordered two build our own with braised beef, wonton, and wintermelon tea. Literally would get every single one thing again. Wintermelon tea was the best I've ever had. Wonton was packed.

I wanted to like this place because the prices were really good but I just couldn't get behind it. I went for the draw of $5 chili wontons. The issue i had about this place was it felt like there wasn't enough front of the house staff to deal with the demand Saturday morning. There was one person who was taking orders but i think it looked like she was also responsible for water refills and I'm not sure if they had staff designed to wipe down used tables between guests because the table next to us wasn't bussed for at least 20 minutes and still wasn't bussed when we left and the place was busy. Most concerning of all was my husband went to the bathroom and said the sink was draining incredibly slowly. that is not the impression you want to give your guests in the food service industry. For the food we got:scallion pancake $5. it was really crispy and good. it tasted freshly fried and not out of a frozen packetchili wontons: $5. i was very disappointed. they weren't that good. weren't seasoned well and something about the texture i didn't like. the skin was too thickdry mifen bowl: i tried some of it, it was passable. nothing i'd cravefried tofu: $4: it was a good price for the tofu. didn't love the sauce overall nothing there was so good i would want to go again and the parking lot was annoying.

I heard a lot of hype about this place on local Facebook groups so gave it a try today. I got the build your own made with ramen noodles, spicy braised beef, cilantro, bok choy, and quail eggs. I was a bit let down by the beef, my braised beef was very tough to chew and dry. The flavor of the sauce the noodles were on top was good but could've had more flavor imo. The wait for my food was around 30-40 minutes for my order and the person at the front asked me if I wanted some water but didn't bring it to me until 30 minutes after she had asked. I understand the wait for the food as it's made to order but was confused about the water situation. I wouldn't stop by here if I was looking for a quick meal.Overall, this place was just okay.

We came here as a family of 4 to try something new. Just to know, the store front faces inside an apartment complex so do pull in to the garage and park on first floor (retail painted on ground).3 of us had the regular spicy beef soup and wife had the non-spicy version with beef slices. The standard spicy wasn't bad, but didn't think much of it on the broth. It was just sort of there without much aroma that some traditional beef noodle places may have. Typical small cuts of beef, totalled about quarter pounds worth, and some onions. And the rice noodle was a bit soft without the texture of regular noodles, which was expected, so that's more of a personal preference on noodles, but it wasn't mine. My wife had the clear broth and sliced beef. She said it was so bland she had to add some soy sauce to it. We also got onion pancake and beef rolls. Both were ok, but it wasn't anything that really made them stand out. Overall, they were friendly, service was expected, and food was good. Just not quite what I expected from the high reviews. I do appreciate more restaurants in that area that are non Koreans, but I think I will keep on searching for something else.

I don't know if I will be back. The instagram influencers hyped this place up so I gave them a try. Food was good but they were very unorganized. People were not getting their drinks. My fried tofu was soggy. The beef roll was ok. Long wait for food

We visited this spot while in town and had dinner here one evening--it was such a great experience! From the moment we walked in, the restaurant was clean, charming, and inviting. The young lady working that night greeted us with a warm welcome and the biggest smile. She patiently guided us through the menu and answered all our questions, making us feel right at home. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing--bursting with flavor in every bite! They even provided take-home containers so we could enjoy our leftovers later. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area, and we'll definitely be stopping by again the next time we're in town!

Most important tip: ParkingIt's a little tricky navigating here because you have to park in the apartment complex's garage. 5 * Food:Beef Rolls - These rolls are so delicious and you need to eat them asap as they come out. The meat is tender and juicy. The combination of fresh herbs and the savory richness of the beef just delights you. Although I'm not a big rice noodle fan, the noodles are fantastic. It's chewy and springy that just amplifies the dignitaries wonderful beef dishes here. If you're looking for something lighter, the yogurt drinks are really good since they're made fresh daily. Eating the Taiwanese Sausages ( 台湾香肠) is almost like being back home for my family. It's that freaking good!

Nice casual Taiwanese restaurant in the Carrollton area. You walk up and order either with the cashier or by your own on a tablet. You can customize your own noodle bowl or order from preset ones. They also had hibiscus ice tea and yogurt for drinks for sale along with soft drinks. Super quick service and good place to grab a quick bite.

Fantastic new Taiwanese spot in Carrollton. It's casual, no-frill atmosphere feels just like an easygoing Taiwanese spot. The appetizers are simple and delicious, perfect for sharing before you get to your noodles. Especially loved the Taiwanese sausage and beef rolls. For noodles, you can order their signature bowl or make your own. We built our own to get all the ingredients we wanted. The beef broth was super good and the meat was tender. The chicken katsu was a surprise hit, fried incredibly well. This will definitely be one of our go-to spot, we recommend!

I have been coming here regularly ever since they opened. Their broth is extremely consistent and rich in flavor. Their braised beef mifen is genuinely my comfort food for when I need a pick me up. I love that their beef is so tender and the perfect amount of chewiness. They come around regularly to refill your water and check on your food. Plus all of your orders will come out around the same time so you can dig right in. The place is very clean and I love the hand painted art on the walls. I put a couple photos of their beef mifen on different visits to show how consistent they are. Highly recommend this place if you're craving beef noodle soup!
