Wings Over Frisco

We really enjoyed our dinner at WOF. Our sever, Brooke, answered all our first-timer questions and made good recommendations about the several sauces and seasonings they offer. She also kept my drink filled, which is something that matters to me.Their onion rings were really good. We like the lightly breaded ones and these were some of the best we've had in the area. We had the sweet BBQ wings, and on Brooke's suggestion, I tried the Texas Heat with lemon pepper rub which I liked a lot. It wasn't crowded at all on a Sunday evening. We had good food and good service, so we'll make this part of our regular restaurant rotation.

To start off, the service wasn't great because we had to wait a long time to order. When a server finally came over, he said the bartender was supposed to take our order but couldn't. Anyway, halfway into the meal, the bartender stopped by to see how we were doing because the server had to leave. Lots of confusion! Anyway, the Elderberry Margarita was delicious and potent. The Fried Pickles were addicting. Unfortunately, we asked for the spiciest wings and they didn't deliver. It was sweet and tangy but definitely not spicy enough.

Delicious wings and amazing service. Ambiance was incredible for college basketball night.

I see why the place was dead on 85 cent wing day during lunch time. I came in at 12:28 and saw the 85 cent a wing during happy hour and I figured why not. But after being seated I waited 12 mins and not a single person visited me once. I couldn't even flag anyone down because they just all disappeared in the back. All I could do was hear the laughter while my anger boiled over. It's 12:40 and I only had 20 mins left for lunch so I just left to eat at the sweetwaters next door. Terrible service. I had to leave because I was about to yell at what kind of place they're running. The place is empty of customers so how could they fail so miserably

Great food. Went in for a quick bite and thats what we got. Quick service, delicious food and a good vibe. It wasn't very busy. They have a bar that is well stocked and a selection of beer on tap. We got the garlic parm and Nashville hot wings. Also a side of the thinly sliced onion rings. Wings were crispy and evenly coated which didnt take away from the crispness. They were definitely meaty. 6 each was enough to fill you up for sure. Wasnt a fan of the blue cheese, as i like the chunky kind but the ranch was delicious. The onion rings were amazing. Crispy, thin and nicely seasoned.

First visit with my family, recommended by my daughter's friend who works here. We all enjoyed the burgers, wings, and salmon salad - flavorful with generous portions. The dessert selection, especially the funnel cake fries, impressed us. We're definitely coming back; it's a great spot for both hanging out and family dinners.

Regardless if it's Super Bowl Sunday or not, my food taking 2 hours to come out is unreal. I pre-ordered my food Saturday night, then came on Sunday night at 5pm for pick up (when they said it would be ready), and I didn't get my food until 7pm. 2 hours standing there while everyone at my house waited. That whole time I waited, we didn't get any updates, any drinks while we wait, or anything. Horrible experience.

They lost a customer. I know it is super bowl sunday, but I purposely places an order at 10:55 am to be picked up at 4:45pm so I would have it ready before the game. At 4:45, order is not ready. At 4:50, they tell me they're still working on it. At 5:15, they say again, they're still working on it. I tell them to cancel my order. At 5:30, they finally cancel my order. There were so many angry customers that seemed to have the same issue. I won't be going back.

You are a wing place, people order extra crispy... won't come back as this is important to me. Luke warm wings and could tell they are staged/held wings, you have turkey sized wings so even more important for them to be cooked properly. Service was horrible, server comes to take order, bring food and drop off Check.... Never see other than those 3 times and too long in between. I call this forced service, they only check the table when there is a reason... forced.

We tried this place for lunch today. Or should say we tried to try it. After being blown off by the bartender for 10 min (we were sitting at the bar) I politely told her we were ready to order. She walked away and helped or talked to other guests for another five minutes. Never came back to us. We just got up and left. Found great wings at Blackhawk brewery in Prosper. We will NOT go back to Wings of Frisco.
