We came visiting from out of town and really liked the chill vibe at this place. Well priced drinks and lots of local regulars (S/O to Kia!). And Elliot, the bartender, was nice and attentive.

I have been here a few times and always love this place in bishop arts during football season especially. whether you are walking by or have time to come inside they offer a quick drink for you. they have bar seating on the sidewalk outside the bar, very cool thought process for a bar to use. the flat bread pizzas are really good, margherita one was great.

I eat here about 3-4 times a week. Food is great. Cocktails are unique. Staff is fun and friendly. I might be biased, but this is my favorite neighborhood gastropub.

Visited Whitehall Exchange to meet someone for a drink on Thursday night and really enjoyed it. We got there early, maybe 6ish, and there was only one other patron. Wasn't sure what to order, and a staff member suggested the hot toddy so I went with his recommendation. I don't drink bourbon but it was freezing and I wanted something warming. So good! I'm totally a hot toddy convert! Great flavor, but not overwhelming with subtle peach and cinnamon notes...plus it was piping hot. I was warmed up in no time. Music was a low-key vibe with artists like Stevie Nicks and the Eagles playing, which was great. The volume wasn't of note initially, but they turned it up as it got later so it was a little difficult to hear my partner as the evening progressed. Overall nice chill spot to grab a drink.

Love music on Saturday. Awesome surprise and great atmosphere. Great price for really good drinks vs all the other $20 cocktail spots in Bishop Arts. 10/10

So I'll be honest. I've lived here for 3 years, food has always sucked. This latest menu is soooo much of an improvement. My entire Bishop Arts best meal is the crispy chicken sandwich. Honey mustard coleslaw. Chefs kiss.

Service was just eh. No order into which server was helping who. A table that came In 5-10 minutes after us received their drink order before ours was even taken. Took the server much more time to retrieve our order of two canned beverages (an Austin East cider and whiteclaw) probably won't be coming here again. Unfortunate service. Not even friendly. The ladies bathroom toilet was missing a topper to the commode. One of the doors had a hole punched through it and a curtain separating things the staff used to clean the establishment.

Being new to this area, a local said to check out the Bishop Arts District for some culture and drinks so we decided to check this place out. It was a Sunday afternoon, and the place was pretty packed, so we came in here to get some drinks. The place is open and it was hot, but there was AC on inside. We just decided to get some beers, but my friend ended up ordering orders of Jack for us which was painful, but the alcohol definitely hit. It's a great place to just chill and get some drinks in. The food menu did look pretty good, so I definitely want to check it out the next time I'm in town.I also swear the beers I ordered were draft, but our bartender gave us canned beers instad. Not a big deal, but I thought it was worth pointing out. Other than that, great place to sit back and wind down with some alcohol with great company!

Great drinks, service was good. This bar is not as up to date as some of the other places around the area. The wood inside is weathered and this place looks like it has been here for a while but that gives it an old town charm. We had a few margaritas and a marg flatbread pizza It was a tad hot outside that weekend but there was a breeze going thru the bar area that provided a little respite from the heat. The bartender told us about local bbq joints and where we could find live music. What an enjoyable place. If I find myself in Texas again, I will find my way back to Whitehall.
