Okay there are 5 star restaurant reviews and then there are FIVE STAR restaurant reviews. Wave Bowl is off the charts good! Everything we ordered was soooo delicious. Tons of flavor without being drenched in excessive sauces. The meat itself was perfectly cooked. We got:Bulgogi rice bowl: cooked to perfection, will be thinking of this for a whileKorean short ribs: I don't even like ribs but this was my favorite item! Seriously so flavorful!Korean spicy wings: excellent rub, unique taste!Chicken Katsu Rice Bowl: loved the fried chicken and the dipping sauce it came with Kids chicken fried rice: very tasty and the kids liked it!Best part of it is everything is HALAL! We're really missing halal Korean in California. Now that I've tried it I'm going to be craving it all the time. This spot was easily the best food spot we had in Dallas. Seriously wish we could go again but our trip was too short for that. If you're going to have just one spot in Dallas go here!!!

This isn't bibimbap. My first glue should have been the lack of Koreans. I ordered an $18 bowl of beef bulgolgi. It came with rice, onions, and beef. That's it. (Oh, and a tiny side of mediocre kimchi) It was explained that had I ordered the **cheaper** "signature" bowl it would have included all of the veggies, egg, etc. I'll point out that while this place bills itself as "authentic Korean Bibimbap" not a single thing on the menu is actually labeled as such. It tasted fine. But if you're looking for the real deal, this ain't it.

Wave bowl is a halal Korean restaurant in the heart of stonebriar district. It has unique flavors and very nice interior!Ambiance: the restaurant is very pretty on the inside, and you can honestly take pictures of yourself too. It has ample seating and lighting. Service: the service is very nice and the employees are kind. There was also a free complimentary drink they offered with health benefits! Pricing: for a halal restaurant, the pricing is actually very good! Food: I got the beef bulgogi bowl and the chicken bowl (I forgot the name). Both of them were very nice. The beef was very flavorful, soft, tender, and in the sweeter side. The chicken was fried and it tasted great with the rice and salad. The serving is pretty large so I had leftovers. Everything was a 10/10! I will definitely suggest this place to others! It's a nice change to try!

I recently visited Wave Noodle and was thoroughly impressed! The clean and vibrant interior creates an inviting atmosphere that's perfect for a casual meal. The staff was courteous and friendly, making the ordering process a breeze at the counter. The food was prepared quickly and exceeded my expectations in both taste and presentation. I highly recommend trying the spicy glass noodles--they're an absolute must! Each dish was flavorful and beautifully arranged. If you're in the mood for delicious noodles in a lively setting, Wave Noodle is a must-visit! Highly recommended!

Been here twice so far and here's what I've tried: BBQ Short Rib & Spicy Korean Beef Bento Box, Hibachi Style Fried Rice Bowl and Honey Toast / Tiramisu.I wasn't a huge fan of the BBQ Short Rib & Spicy Korean Beef Bento Box. The meat could have been cooked more and the rice was a little soggy. The second time I went, I got the Hibachi Style Fried Rice Bowl with chicken and that tasted delicious. The portion size was good and it was so flavorful. For dessert, I tried their Honey Toast with Tiramisu and I absolutely loved it. It tasted just as good as it looks. The crust had a nice little crunch to it and it was soft on the inside. You order up front and you can sit wherever you'd like. The food didn't take too long to come out and they also give complimentary soup while you wait for your food.

Wave Bowl is a fast casual restaurant/order at the counter type deal.As soon as you walk in, you are greeted warmly and given a menu to take to your seat. Once you are ready, you can step up to the counter to order. The staff will bring your food out once it is ready. Everything is made to order, so we had to wait about 15 mins or so!We were given complimentary miso soups with our meals. I ordered the chicken bowl with a variety of stir fried veggies. My husband ordered the basil chicken bowl. Between the 2, I preferred his bowl better! My chicken bowl was good, but a bit bland in my opinion. I appreciated the fresh veggies, and how everything is made to order.

My daughters favorite restaurant!I loveIt and have tried a couple of different entrees so far. They have a new menu with some newly added items. The rice cake was so good. I might have that next for my meal! And just for that I can't wait to go back!

Nice place to get something halal that isn't some kind of South Asian food. We really enjoyed the Spicy Tteokbokki and Spicy Honey Fried Chicken. It pairs perfectly with the rice. The beef bulgogi "taco" was good and stuffed to the brim with meat. It's all wrapped in what looks and tastes like a parata. It is rather greasy and messy to eat, but delicious.

The food is good, but watch out at the register. They don't serve you or give you refills, but they're charging 18% gratuity and have the audacity to ask at minimum 15% tip again. Just paid $63 for two people. This isn't right, you shouldn't charge for gratuity if you're not waiting on tables, there is zero service and they don't deserve 33% for hanging out behind a touch screen register taking orders.

Conflicting review, but I actually thought the food here was pretty good. The reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the service. Upon being sat, I told the girl who sat us we didn't need a highchair for our baby and she just says "yeah" and walks away. Odd response. She took our order and the entire time from seating us to taking our order to the moment we paid and walked out, she did not smile once or any kind of positive emotion. She genuinely looked like she hated being there and it was absolutely showing. Also, we ordered the Korean chili fries as an app, and we told her that, and it came out AFTER our mains. It's an appetizer.....it comes out BEFORE the meal. This restaurant doesn't have to be a full-service dining type of establishment for you to provide good customer service. I feel bad giving such a low rating because like I said the food was good, but the service was abysmal. Train her in the basics of customer service or remove her from the floor.
