We were starving and with that decided to stop here and check it out. The service was awesome, and the place was clean and cute overall. This place has a lot of potential for a Tex-Mexican restaurant and looking forward to them to continue to grow and keep the business going in their town!We ordered the following:The chips and chile con queso/salsa as a starter. $5.75 They asked if I wanted yellow or white cheese. I opted for the yellow, it was basically canned cheese. I asked for pickled jalapeños to add extra flavor because it did not have any chile from what I could tell. Waste of money for this choiceAnother starter I asked for was the elote $3.25Mexican Style Street Corn with mayo, butter, lime, cotjia cheese, crema mexicana, hot cheeto dust, and spicey sauce on the side. In all honesty i do not believe all of the ingrediants were included. There was no hot cheeto dust that's for sure but either way this was so good and happy with the appetizer. My main meal was the Tortilla Soup - Bowl $5.75Our Traditional Mexican Soup with Shredded Chicken, Avocado Slices, Pico de Gallo, Monterey Jack Cheese and Crispy Tortilla Strips. I absolutely loved this soup, very favorable and filled with chicken. My partner chose the following:Chicken Al Pastor Tacos $13.50 The seasoning seemed a little off but the chicken had a nice grill to it overall. He opted for both corn and flour tortillas, both good. The rice and pico were made just right however, the ranchero beans were burnt and lacked bacon for that extra flavoring. My cocktail of choice was the Mangonada de Patron $8.95You could really taste the freshness of the Mango they used for this, very well made, loved it. The tarmindo candy was greatly appreciated as my dessert to go!

MUY BIEN food and drinks!! Nice vibes too. Family friendly aka kid friendly too. I'm so happy we found this place!! I was getting sad with all this bad Mexican food and I will be taking everyone here and definitely coming back to try some take out!! Thank you Villa Grande We took my MIL out that wanted some Mexican food from a local spot and we love trying local spots so we were in the area and went for it. We all enjoyed our food! I got the fajitas, my husband got chille reano and my MIL got the brisket tacos. Shared rice and beans with the kids and they approved!! Also got a cadi and it was how it should be!I'm so stoked! We found a good place to eat in Sanger! Go support local!

We went here because our favorite Mexican place, Miguelitos, is closed on Mondays. It was a cold evening so there were only a few tables with customers. Even with the very sparse crowd, our service was ATROCIOUS! If a waitress only has one table and I still have to get up and hunt her down to get my customer food needs met....then, I won't be back. This was the second time we had been here...and the service was horrible the first time, too. If you absolutely can't go anywhere else...at least for margarita....be ready for very poor service. Otherwise, eat somewhere else.

New Tex-Mex restaurant in Sanger, Texas. Smaller version of Denton and Gainesville Villa Grandes. Food was good, came out hot and as ordered. Service team is new, so a little slow but friendly and attentive. Nice to see a new restaurant choice. We'll be back!

Great food, reasonable prices and you get your portion! Great family restaurant, bible verses on the menu, we're happy to support them in Sanger. Would love the water to not be city water but if you add enough lemon it's tolerable lol. Love this place, glad they moved in

When walking in with my mom and dad the restaurant looked empty and no hostess in site. First time here I was like oh ok we seat ourselves? On the way to get our seat some lady said there is a wait. I was surprised since literally the place was almost empty. We asked how long and the lady said 30 minutes...was then interrupted by another lady which the hostess had a conversation with for a few minutes and then said yha so you gonna wait. No thanks and never again. Drove from Dallas because I heard good reviews but this small town Sanger Mexican restaurant needs to figure it out. Try the Italian place next door if you want good service.

First time in. Seated quickly. Great atmosphere, they put time into the dining area, not fly-by-night. Great attentive waitress, Olivia. Food was presented well presented and tasted amazing. We will be back!

Trendy, cozy restaurant. Nice addition for Sanger restaurant offerings. Menu is an abbreviated version of their regular restaurant menu. Food is delicious, service is friendly and they have $2 off tacos, margaritas & beer on Tuesday. Give them a try.
