Absolutely delicious!!! Way better than Picked Carrot, no contest. Their Banh Mis are incredible, and the broth is surprisingly tasty too!

Don't waste your money here. Their food is horrible. Pork was very fatty & not grilled as it was supposed to be. We ordered Vermicelli noodles with lemongrass pork & Banh Mi sandwiches. Every piece of the pork meat was fatty & no lemongrass flavor. The sandwiches were disappointing - soggy, the veggies were not pickled & pork meat was fatty too. They put kimchi in their sandwich which is unusual. We had to throw away the food. What a waste! We are familiar with Vietnamese cuisine & this place is disappointing.

Was alright. The pho lacked some flavor but the spring rolls were delicious and it was still good quality food. Good service as well.

The food is excellent, the staff are hard working good listeners, and The Owner is a Small Business Role Model in business. Clean restaurant, family friendly, to go or dine in. The portions gave value. The food quality and attention to details is exceptional. One of my favorite restaurants in Denton County.

We came around 12:30 on a Wednesday and waited over 40 minutes for two phos and a noodle bowl. Multiple tables came and left before they even started making our food.The food is not authentic and is greasy, as someone who has eaten a lot of pho around NYC, Queens, etc.

Extremely average! Definitely not bad but incomparable to every other Vietnamese restaurant I've ever been to. No matter which broth I get I'm always let down by the lack of flavor, even after loading my bowl full of fragrant toppings. Today I tried their banh mi for the first time and for $7 I think it's a much better choice than the pho. But I mean...if you're a Vietnamese restaurant and you can't get pho right, how good can you really be?

Had their VB special with beef for the sandwich protein and chicken for the pho protein. Probably should have tried the beef brisket for the pho one as I was eyeing what others ordered. Pretty good banh mi, aka Vietnamese po-boy. The pho bowl was a bit small with the special, but pretty good nonetheless. The general cleanliness feels a bit subpar though.

After reading reviews I was scared to come here but I genuinely enjoyed this place. The food was really good, the service was excellent, and the place was really clean.

This place is really bad, we had vermicelli bowls with pork and they were unbelievable COLD, tasteless and small. We couldn't finish it! it was that bad. Spring rolls were a joke. a total waste of time and money The whole place looks old and dirty

I was in the area on business and was craving Vietnamese food and saw this review. The food was not great. I ordered pork vermicelli and the veggies were fresh, egg roll great, but the pork was fatty, even just fat chunks and it wasn't grilled as I was told. Furthermore, it tasted old and wasn't even room temperature. I can't recommend this place. The restaurant was dirty- from the moment I walked in the floors were sticky and dirty. The drink machine was filthy and grimy. The counters were also covered in grime.The service had some students who couldn't care less about me as a customer, much less their only customer that was there. Overall, I'd say save your money.
