Neighborhood favorite go-to for quick and delicious Chinese food. We always get our order delivered, and it's never been wrong nor slow. Tonight we got the appetizer platter for two, egg-drop soup and chicken teriyaki with fried rice and broccoli. What a feast!I recommend Uncle Chens.

This was my first time eating at Uncle Chen's. I had a big order that I had ordered to go. Upon arriving to the restaurant and going inside, I was turned off by the inside. The inside looked really run down, unclean, and not kept up with. There were 2 people there. When I walked in the man in the front was watching tv and didn't notice I was there for about 2 minutes until I said something. Soon after, a lady arrived and went to the back. I ordered Beef and Broccoli, Kung Pao Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Orange Chicken, and some beef egg rolls. It took about 15 minutes to get it ready once I ordered it. I don't feel that it was worth the almost $60 I paid when taking the quality into consideration. I was personally eating the orange chicken. Half of the chicken was very tough and covered in breading slathered in sauce. The rice wasn't super flavorful. The egg rolls however were delicious. If I was to eat here again I'd only get egg rolls.

First time trying this place. Fast delivery. Good lunch portion, there was not much chicken but at least every piece was edible. The fried rice was not great. The egg roll was mediocre. Overall, this tastes like typical Chinese food, nothing special but not bad! With two lunch portions and delivery it was about $20 plus tip.

Had some shrimp fried rice veg rolls fried chicken wings and general tsos chicken. The fried rice was ok not bad the wines not good in my opinion n the general tsos chicken was ok.

I forgot about this place until they put one of their menus on my front door. I remember one time on a run seeing this place. It's hard to find good Chinese food so I decided to pop in and check out the place. When I did, two people were working. One was cooking, the other was on their cell phone and didn't even acknowledge me. The place also smelt horrible. Like fish and sewage. That told me enough so I continued my run and never looked back.

sub mediocher food. They do deliver, but the convenience isn't worth it to me. If you want really good Chinese food, Empress of China in Grapevine isn't that far from Uncle Chens.

I usually only go to Uncle Chen's when I crave hot and sour soup when I'm feeling under the weather, but today I got the General Tao's chicken with fried rice, cream cheese rangoons, and the hot and sour soup. Everything looks, smells, and tastes great, and was a reasonable price. I appreciate the large amount of broccoli included, too. Unrelated, the plants inside the restaurant look nice and well kept. Docked one star bc quality has been hit and miss in the past. Today, it was really good take out.
