Tortas Insurgentes

It's almost a year and a half since I came to this place (was one of my favorite places) today I had the chance to pass by and Ordered a D.F torta with everything and wasn't too bad but had a lot of pickled jalapeños and the flavor was ruined, I know you guys can do them way better :)

Good location, great service by all the staff at this Jefferson location. I love Tacos and even though these don't fall in my favorite 3 spots in DFW. (I'm kind of an expert in Pastor) and pastor is not good, Bistec is is good and waters are ok. Unfortunately the prices went way up even before the pandemic. They are still small tacos and not so full like other places. Having said that, there is plenty of other options out there. Pambazo is good. Would not come back because of the prices.

My boyfriend ordered food from here for us and a girl who works there left this message for him on my order. This is unprofessional and incredibly inappropriate. He went in to get us lunch, not to have inappropriate messages be sent home with him. He ordered 2 entrees and she made assumptions. The food was decent but we obviously won't be coming back.

Tortas are huge but also over priced. The meats are mediocre except for the Chicharron prensado. Get that in a quesadilla with the green salsa. It's spicy but that's the only way to go.

Found this place on Tik Tok & was not disappointed. They start you off with chichurritos & valentina which was nice. They weren't stale at all. The tacos were good, the bistec was flavorful. The pastor was pretty sweet as it had a good amount of pineapple in it, not my favorite but good if you like it sweeter. The tortas were amazing. The Insurgente, basically a Cubana, came together so well with a the meats. The milanesas were fresh & the chorizo was cooked well. With salsas, one of the best tortas i've had. The Argentina torta was also flavorful, the chicken was well seasoned. Everyone working was also incredibly friendly. Will def be back.

Era mi primera ves comiendo aquí ..... Pedi 5 tacos y 1 Torta Toluqueña que debe venir con milanesa, chorizo y quesillo como dice en el menuMe dieron mis 5 tacos primero y le dije "y mi torta" y dijo " no me pidió una torta, déjeme ver el recibo... ah si disculpe" Me hicieron esperar para recibir una torta incompleta con puro quesillo pedacitos de milanesa y aguacate... SIN CHORIZO... Y los tacos son sabor No creo que vuelo a regresar y con razón que aumentaron los pecrios
