Torchy's Tacos

Came in today and bartender Matt specially made my drink perfecto. Consistent, friendly service and good grub keep me coming back

This was my first time at a Torchy's Taco. The girl who took my order wasn't friendly and either seemed to be having a bad day or hates her job. I told her I was allergic to cilantro and asked if it was in the queso. She said yes, but I could order it without cilantro. I ordered a Democrat taco and told her no cilantro and no guacamole. The girl who delivered our food seemed to have the exact temperament of the girl taking orders - either having a bad day or hates her job. She brought only my taco and I had to tell her I also ordered queso with no cilantro. Then I noticed that my taco was covered with cilantro. So when she came back with my queso, I told her I had told the order girl I was allergic to cilantro and asked for the taco and queso to be without cilantro as well as no guacamole. When she came back with a supposedly corrected taco, it now had no cilantro, no guacamole and also no cheese. So I had to catch her again and ask her for cheese. Each time she came to our table she was more put out and less friendly. I apologized and told her this was my first time there and I HAD mentioned to the girl taking my order of my cilantro allergy. Once I got past all that, the taco tasted great and I liked that the corn tortilla was thicker and didn't break. The queso was hotter than I prefer, but had a good taste.We ate on the patio as it seemed loud with the acoustics inside. It was ok at first, but then about 4 families with a ton of little kids came to sit on the patio too. Then it was very loud out there too. Not sure I want to go back though with all the trouble and lack of friendliness/concern for my allergy or getting the order right.

Came on a weekday to order carry out. Ordered online and they had the order ready when they said. The tacos are pretty decent here every time we eat it. The queso and chips are good as well. I even asked for an extra thing of chips when leaving and they gave it to me free of charge. The missionary taco was good, with a corn tortilla inside a flour tortilla and cheese sandwiches between. The sauces of avocado sauce, chipotle ranch are all pretty good as well.

Best queso in town. Excellent service with very friendly bartenders. The place is only missing one thing. They don't offer WiFi service and the cellular signal is awful in this part of Frisco. Would go there more if I knew I could be connected to the outside world. Would rate a 4 or above with this simple fix.

I'm growing annoyed at this location for having miserable cell service and no guest WiFi option. Food good. Price ok. Recommend 1/2 queso order instead of full. Bar is best. Very good bartender team.

I don't understand the hype :( I ordered 2 bowls and the amount of in the bowl was embarrassing - 3-4 scoops max of rice, sour cream, cream cheese, meat, and corn. The picture does not properly convey how little there was in there. I also requested avo sauce and chipotle ranch for both bowls and didn't get that for either, got pico and tomatillo instead.This is the second time I'v given Torchy's a chance but never again.

Best taco ever. A regular customer but today was special. Tacos (2) were filled to the top of great product. Always great service from ordering to service , a perfect day. Thanks.

Nasty floor, nasty greasy table, taco was nothing but gristle meat. Tasted like sh**. $9.50 Worst Torchy's i have ever been in by far. Don't bother business owner with your reply. Won't be back.I told you Business Owner, or paid $$$ Yelp Reply person not to bother replying. No Way I'll ever set foot in your Torchy's #Frisco again.

Torchys jas fallen to a isong a very young distracted labor and it showsmeals prepared incorrectly or sloppilyfountain drink are was a mess and missing items and no tea. Staff unresponsibe to a request for helpTorchys isnt leading the charge in this ise of unready labor bit it is damaging their brillaint brand imho

Nice of the store to give themselves a tip on top of a service fee. $71 became $89 on a to go order. No chance to modify the tip and to top it off two items were missing. TORCHY'S you lost me. I'm out !!!!!
