Let's get 1 thing straight...I got served!!!This is a new-ish Italian restaurant and bar on the east-bound side of Hwy 199 off the Nine Mile Bridge Rd exit. Plenty parking here! When we arrived at about 5 pm on a Friday. There were only a few tables filled and mostly people were at the bar. There was music playing and the place is well lit, clean, and friendly. We first sat too close to the speakers and I moved to another spot. The waitstaff were very nice and turned it down a little. I really appreciated that they went the extra step for me. Now, I don't want you to think this place is fancy dining- It is good simple Italian food with homey, rustic charm + drinks and sometimes live music. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful. The decor is interesting. There are some barrels with tables on them, along with regular tables for the more traditional types. Also a large high top table, so various styles for all occasions. We ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer. Very crunchy with just the right amount of cheese. Veg on the side so nothing gets soggy! Quite good!We ordered drinks- My lovely bride ordered a margarita and I had a salt-rimmed glass of beer with lime slices. I ordered a stromboli and my wife ordered the tour of Italy. I thought it was very good. We couldn't eat it all and the waitress boxed it up for us. We will come here again soon!

Update: This is how they handle criticism..."I checked the cameras and look like everything was going great... You stayed there for several hours ... What do you think we can do for you kiss your ass? ???"I don't know who the owner was watching, but my wife and I were there for less than an hour. We sat at a table, virtually ignored. We had to get the owner to track down the server (who was very busy in the kitchen) to get our very overpriced bill. The Pizza Hut just down the 199 in Azle is way better (and I don't like chain pizza places)We definitely won't be back, now. With this level of customer service, there are many more choices in the area. I have half a mind to list them all.

We love grabbing pizza for dinner but today we visited the lunch buffet and was so good! They had a 5 pizzas out but said if you wanted anything that it could be made! That was absolutely wonderful I ordered the Hawaiian and it was really great! It's a nice quiet and friendly staff. Would love to see one more warmer for rolls and some extra items in salad bar (for example maybe shredded carrots or sliced/cubed eggs)

We picked up door dash from""out for ourselves. Date night here we come!! It did not disappoint. So good. We got the bruschetta to start and then the spinach roll (Kristin's, the bartender's, recommendation). It was soooo good. They also had live music. Tanner Childress was playing. He stopped by the table to ask us what we liked and such. What a great guy. It was by far the best date night, we have had in a long time.

I invited a group of friends on my 65th birthday to start the celebration off for dinner and drinks at Tony's Pizza and Pourhouse. Arriving at 6 pm, btw earlier I had informed the owner that there would probably be 10 of us for the one table of 10. When I arrived, we had 20 people and started putting decorations on the next table of four, beside the 10. There were only two tables in that area and, the owner runs over and said absolutely not! So we moved our cake and presents off of that table, and started the party with using the one table. It was open bar for all of our guest, and the owner would not stop being ugly.I opened a present and it was tequilafrom my girlfriend who owns Twisted Snifter liquor store in Weatherford and the owner ran upand told us very rudely we could not open those! To our those up! Omg we were not going to consume my birthday present we all had drinks! We are not teenagers. WTH!The waitress was over the top nice and allowed us to use that four top table and apologized profusely throughout our two hour stay. Next stop was the 80 Bar and they knew how to treat us, professionally and kind!I am a retired President & CEO of Chamber of Commerce 33 years. I can't imagine any member restaurant ever acting out in such a childlike tantrum manner, to a paying customer. It won't ever happen again.

Our new favorite Friday hang out spot As well as some other random nights. The food here is awesome and the pizza is really good. Extra crispy is the way to go. Plenty of seating, but we usually just belly up to the bar as Kristen keeps us topped up. Everyone there from the staff to the patrons make this a fun place to hang out and meet new friends. If you're in the neighborhood stop by and give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Great start to our visit. Jenny and Alysa were awesome. Drinks and appetizers were great. we were asked to cash out due to Alysa clocking out. From 3-3:30 we were waiting to order entrees. Finally a girl approaches and we asked if she was our server. She said she clocked in at 3. She sat on the freezer and ate fruit and potato chips for the first 30 minutes of her shift. Other patrons came to the bar to ask for water and boxes while the other server Audrey, was busy ordering aprons from Amazon. We decided to take our dinner business elsewhere.

Visited tonight and waited for several minutes; no one ever greeted or sat us. It wasn't busy at all. Several staff just walked by and made eye contact with us including the owner, but no one said a word, so we left. Disappointing because we were excited for a new spot, but I've never felt so uncomfortable walking into a new place.I've seen other similar reviews and the owner will respond with insults & immaturity.
