Thrill's Turkey Legs

We were looking for a bite to eat near Globe Life Field/ATT Stadium and were drawn in by the Cajun options Thrill's had to offer, especially the stuffed turkey leg. As soon as we parked, we realized, we were no longer in Kansas... Despite its rough exterior, we decided to trek on for dinner. We noticed outside, the signage promised a free drink with any meal, so we asked what options were available. The cashier replied, "Uhhh, free." Despite this odd exchange, we were steadfast on our dinner plans.We ordered the Turkey Leg stuffed with Etouffee and a cup of gumbo. Unfortunately, despite the positive efforts made, the turkey leg was disappointing and had an odd, formaldehyde-like smell. The flavor was off, and while the étouffée wasn't terrible, it was overwhelmingly salty--especially the gumbo. At all cost, avoid this place.

Unfortunately for $31 you only get a few pieces of imitation crab meat, 7 pieces of shrimp, and a whole lot of pasta. It should not be advertised as succulent grilled lobster, it is obviously imitation crab meat. It is a big generous portion. Also they ran out of utensils so I had to go to Dominos next door to ask for one (5 stars to Dominos lol). You can stay and eat in the restaurant but I took mine and ate in the car. It is clean ish but with flies around. I wouldn't return here.

Tonight my son wanted the Turkey legs . They were open. Perfect. The manager/owner was good. Nice and inviting . . The kitchen area needed some work but they were about to close when we arrived.I ordered 1 stuffed shrimp, gumbo and 6 wings.I'm ready, I'm ready I'm ready.The wings are good and the sauce that they got on them is buffalo sauce,perfect for the taste it came out hot a little bit too hot to even hold on to and you are going to love that. The season in the fries was Cajun. The seasoning is really good I would probably put a little bit more seasoning on them but they are very good and hot.It's a lot of FOOD. ALL OF IT.. NOW ON TO THE STUFFED SHRIMP. The stuffing in the shrimp was hot. My head started sweating .The outer coating off the stuffed shrimp , i thought could have been cooked a little more. The dipping sauce was very good. I will take an the gumbo home

Amazing service, grateful text order as well, the food is awesome. Recommend 10 out of 10.

Have ur cook not smoke in front on the building then run in to fix orders without washing his hands

Wife and I stopped here after getting a recommendation from soem friends. I ordered the etouffee stuffed turkey leg along with some beans and rice. The turkey leg was enormous with plenty of etouffee and shrimps. The turkey was really tender and just pulled apart, and the etoufee was very good with a nice little kick. The meal was not cheap, but it was worth the price. I'm looking forward to trying their gumbo on the next visit.

Great blend of spices , rice and sauce , just the right amount of shrimp and lobster, But I will add you can definitely share this with 2 people ,

Great Turkey Legs here. Probably the best i've ever had. I ordered the Stuffed lobster mac and the Stuffed Crawfish. Very filling and tasty

#LyingTurkeyLegs . Don't spend your money here if you're looking for what they actually advertise. I ordered the STUFFED shrimp and lobster turkey leg and ended up getting a turkey leg, with pasta noodles, shrimp, and IMITATION CRAB MEAT on TOP of the turkey leg ‍ Where they do that at? Advertising lobster but selling IMITATION crab meat?!? And advertising stuffed but selling a side of pasta on top of the turkey leg??? The food itself was low budget and I would absolutely never order from this lying place again. If I knew they were basically going to give me a turkey leg with a SIDE of pasta then, I would NOT have ordered this big plate of deception. I was expecting a turkey leg STUFFED with lobster and shrimp, instead I got a turkey leg, with fetticini shrimp and imitation crab pasta plopped on top of it. Hell naw! Watch yourself when dealing with this place the fair turkey legs taste better than this mess.

Apparently this spot is closed. That's too bad since they have the best stuffed turkeys legs.
