The Pizza Bistro

New to Texas and by chance came by Pizza Bistro. The Lunch Buffet sounded good and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!Lady at register was very friendly and helpful explaining Buffet Menu to me,she even asked me what type of pizza I'd like made up. I was served salad bar which was very good,next time I'll ask for smaller portion as THE MANY selections of hot pizza coming out of kitchen were all so good. There were at least a dozen fresh pizzas baked and placed out for customers to self serve. Their crust is really good and the thin crust options were delicious too,compliments to the cook. They had fresh garlic-cheese bread and some type of cinnamon dessert pizza. I will definitely be returning with my family. Forgot to mention,beverage is also included in price of Lunch Buffet which is only $11.I found A Gem very close to homeLoved It!

I wanted to try a local pizza spot and this one had great ratings! Super easy to order online and decently priced. The staff were friendly upon picking up my order. Definitely will order from here again!

As an educator in EMS I often have to find a place to feed a large number of middle school kids. We brought approximately 40 kids to Pizza bistro for lunch during a band event. Meagan and her staff were very welcoming and very responsive with all of our communication. They knew we were coming and made sure they were continuously bringing out fresh pizza for all of our kids. I appreciated that the salad bar was covered and made fresh for people who wanted a salad. Pizza was fantastic and service was excellent! Highly recommend!

The location on Bonds Ranch is easy to get to, the pizza is really good, they have cauliflower crust that actually has a crispy texture (huge plus), the employees are super friendly and helpful, and the place is clean. Don't expect a sit-down here though (they have 2 high-bar tables...each seats maybe 3). This place is best as a pickup or delivery kind of deal.

I've been here twice for the afternoon buffet. It was delicious! I loved all the selections on the buffet line. Salad bar was delicious and the jalapeño dressing yummy! The paper thin crust is perfection!

This place has gone down hill. They used to have the best deal, three things for a good price. But now they are selling the buffet that is awful. You are definitely spending more money for less food. The pizzas quality hasn't changed, but if you get the buffet you are fighting the line for the one thing everyone wants. This allows them to maximize their profit and get rid of the stuff they don't sell much of before it goes bad.

Meh, been years since we been here. For 2 people $35+ for a $8 type buffet. Shoulda went to CiCi's down the road and saved $20+

We came here after church and everyone is so nice. Brandon and Irma were very friendly!!!!!

I went with a couple of coworkers today, i was very disappointed . There was no variety and most trays of pizza were empty and no desserts i would not recommend .

Disgusting!!! Flies swarming the 3 pizzas that were available, tried one when it first came out before the flies got to it and it was nasty. Informed an employee about the flies and they just acted like it wasn't their problem. Definitely won't be coming back to this place.
