My boyfriend and I were eager to try a new restaurant and stumbled upon this hidden gem tucked behind a Costco. It's a quaint, unassuming spot, but don't let the exterior fool you--the food is fantastic. We started with the Ezme, a fresh and light appetizer that set the tone for the meal. The flatbread was perfectly baked, warm, and slightly crisp. The star of the evening was the lamb shish kebab, tender and bursting with flavor. For dessert, we indulged in the stuffed apricots, which were the perfect sweet finish. The service was prompt and friendly, making the entire experience delightful. We'll definitely be returning!

I'm a huge fan of Turkish and Greek Cuisine, and this little gem popped out at me on my visit to Costco! I noticed on the menu that they had Feta Cigars! We ordered 2 sets of them, hummus and Gyros to split between my husband, my daughter and myself. They were so good! I'd love to find them with honey as I did overseas, but these were the next best thing! The gyro meat was delicious and it came with rice that was perfectly flavored. My only oops was that they don't serve any wine, so next time, I'll come packing! Service was great, I'm pretty sure that the chef/owner did it all. It's a cute little space, definitely give this little place a try!

Mmmm- the ambiance is lacking. It kind of reminds me of a wedding banquet style with the chairs and table cloths. Service is good The food is on the expensive side and I think all the dishes, after eating a decent portion of it, we were done with it. I forgot the dish names- the dolmas were dry but good flavor. The lamb/beef kebab were good but needed a spice. I got the version in red sauce and garlic yogurt which was good, but I kind of got tired of it after a while.

The food is fresh and delicious. It's obvious that he cares about what food he put in front of you. The gyro platter was amazing. and perfectly cooked. The falafel were also amazing as an appetizer. I completely cleared my plate. I feel full, but not stuffed. Definitely coming back.

We have had our share of Turkish restaurants and have always had great experiences with them. This place is fairly new and we did have a pretty decent time there. The ambiance didn't seem as appealing. Maybe a little more decor/color to bring the place up. We really liked how they played scenery and videos of Turkey on the tv. The server was pretty helpful with the menu items, took our order and that was it. Just simple did his job and kept to that- nothing extra. Would help if he smiled a little, maybe that's what was missing. Now to the food-it was delicious. All the food was good and we enjoyed it. However, the price was really high for each item. That's the only thing keeping us from ever coming back. Food was great, but still not worth the price.

Pardon the pun here but this place is the diamond in rough. The flavor of the Shrimp Casserole was so good I couldn't stop till the bowl was empty. I also had the Red Lentil soup to start and that bowl was cleaned as well. I wish I had room for desert because what I saw go by my white table cloth table looked delicious. The staff was very professional and the chef cares so much about his craft that he checks in with every table to ensure their satisfaction. Danilo Case, my waiter was great. Friendly, able to carry a conversation when warranted and very helpful. If you are in the area and looking for authentic Turkish food, come here.

We went to the Flying Carpet last weekend and called ahead to ask if they were open. However when we got there, the lights were off and the restaurant was closed.

This was my first visit to this restaurant. I have been to other Turkish restaurants. Let's start with the positives. The Baba ghanoush was excellent. However the Turkish bread it was served with was stale and hard. Honestly, it was a disgrace to even get served this quality of bread. Then I ordered the falafel.. the salt monsters really attacked this dish. The falafel was also undercooked. I was expecting mouthwatering dishes. Instead I received a plate full of disappointments.Response to Owner: I feel that restaurant owners feel that a sorry is the way to fix the issue with the client that was dissatisfied with the service received. Restaurant owners need to understand that consumers have multiple options when it comes to restaurants in the area. A sorry doesn't make things right (By itself)I am glad that the restaurant is going to address their issues for their future customers. However, it seems that their present customers do not really matter to them. For that reason, I am lowering my rating to one star.

Great Turkish food, fresh and delicious. Good selection of kebabs and appetizers. I stayed in the hotel just across the street, and ordered to go. No regrets! Also, it is a cozy place for those who like dining inside.
