Awesome hole in the wall type place! Two pool tables, spacious yet intimate. Sippin' Santa pop up there through December. Very fun drinks to try, would recommend "Holiday on Ice" if you're a coffee enthusiast

I love this place. The atmosphere has a cool throwback feel, with wood paneling and wall to wall mirrors included. It's a nice dive with a sneaky good cocktail menu. The spicy gimlet is my wife's favorite. The bartender actually starts making it for her as soon as we walk in. Speaking of the bartender, service is solid. Pleasant interaction without being overly familiar. Just right. Lastly, on Sundays, they set up a roller dog station. If you want a drink and a glizzy on a Sunday, this is your spot. Bring a few bucks to throw in the food jar. It's the nice thing to do, but it isn't required or pressured. Obviously, I recommend this spot.

Perfect little bar with great hometown vibes. Love the dive bar vibes and the place is clean and tidy. Good mix of hand crafted cocktails and cold beer on tap. Down N Out has a hip crowd, themed parties, a killer jukebox and live djs for special events. 10/10 would definitely visit again.

Finally checked this place out, looking for a spot that had pool tables. They have two and a surprisingly fun drink list for being advertised as a dive bar.The location is right, the menu is right, the service is right. What else do you want?

I'd give this place 3.5 stars. It's a little rough around the edges, it would have been nice if they'd put a little more money in the place. It's very divey. We came for the Sippin' Santa pop-up, the front door was left open, which was cold on a December night. Some of the Christmas lights were already broken, cheap chairs, booth wasn't comfy. Drinks were good. Cool coasters. No drinks menu for the regular bar I could see. Cool but grungy place.

Love this place! Perfect dive, loving the food pop ups they're always so random yet consistent. Good place to meet up friends at. They have two pool tables and a jukebox (ami), would recommend anyone to meet me here. The service is awesome fast and friendly too. Come hang!

Sam is literally the greatest. Best vibe best place to be ANY day of the week. And I'm picky. Yall come here.

Bartenders were not friendly and the gender neutral bathrooms are tiny and have a terribly nauseating stench.
