The food is good but not great. The service is nice. And the Ambiance is excellent because it is inside of a hotel. My biggest problem is that a quarter of the items don't exist. So if you order online or don't see the post-it notes, a huge disappointment awaits.

They don't call themselves "King of the Wing" for nothing. I was sad to see them go after an unceremonious closure just about a year ago, but with the new Irving location back and better than ever including 24 hour service, how could anyone stay away?One big change from the last location - this is counter order inside of a hotel. Whether you order by the kiosk or at the register, you'll get your order ticket and seat yourself anywhere amongst the multiple lounges. It does make the trek back for 1 extra ranch tedious but it's also better views and arrangements than back to back with a dude you've never wanted to meet in your life.As for the food, they've trimmed down the menu to highlight that primo Hand-Cut Zabihah halal Crescent Chicken, and the quality shows. I always get both a Tenders box and a King Wings box to mix things up, but even if you go the way of the chicken sandwich you're unlikely to be disappointed. Plus now that they're running monthly specials so there's a reason to keep returning.Full disclosure, I got the chance to meet the owner at the last restaurant and I love the dude. He's big on community and trying his best to bring good food to the people at a fair price. If that's not something you can support them I'm not sure why you're reading Yelp reviews anyway.

Don't advertise a chicken sandwich if it's two underseasoned chicken tenders on a bun. The chicken wings were extremely dark in color as if they were cooked in old grease. Also bland even the garlic parmesan sauce didn't offer much flavor assistance. The fries were fresh & seasoned perfectly. They may want to utilize the fry seasoning on the chicken. If they don't change up their recipes I don't see this business making it.

My food was sooo good. I was able to order easily and got the Nashville Loaded Fries. They were spicy you have been warned. The service was fantastic and even though it was busy, I received my food quickly. Highly recommend! Location is right inside of the hotel.

Great tenders and chicken sandwiches. The breakfast wraps are amazing and great for catering. The owner is always gracious and kind to customers. Great alternative to over-saturation of hot chicken spots in Dallas. Also hand cut zabiha down to the cheeseMy favorite is the chicken sandwich and ktown tenders

I'm confused. Where is IRVINE TX as you have listed on your website? The picture in your yelp page looks so good I'm going to search for Irvine.

When can I expect to hear back from someone about my refund? Phone number provided on website doesn't even work. And how does the hotel not have any way of getting in contact with these people? Hella sus

Cluckin is our favorite go to place. Great customer service! Always greeted with a smile. Food is consistently great & delicious.

Delicious wet tenders. I would go back and try more flavors. Also definitely better fresh and in the spot

The food was really good had to come back! Owner was great and friendly and worker as well . Would recommend to anyone!
