I love everything about this place. I was walking around in Desoto Marketplace and there was a queue so I had to check the place out. The food did not disappoint. I ordered the fried cauliflower appetizers and garlic noodles with a level one spice. The flavor was bursting and the spice was there. The food was made to order and the service was fantastic. I liked it so much that I came back two days later and order the fried mushroom appetizer and garlic rice with full veggies. It was soo tasty and the portion size was two meals. There is so much I want to try on the menu. Oh, their lemonade with beet and ginger was refreshing.

The first time I went they let me sample garlic fries I end up getting Curry noodles garlic fries and fried cauliflower it was really good my meal was about $36 and I tip $3 and some change but it was still fine a fed me my mom and my sister and we all had enough I got the spicy they have levels one two three and four I got four it was amazing the customer service is amazing as well

I have updated this review as it's been awhile since my first one; but everything here is still very high quality, cooked with with care and delivered with sincerity and kindness.ThaiBinh's totally vegan menu looks delicious. Every item has a photo and although I only have appetizer photos, our entrees were just as tasty looking.My favorite edible, though, was the battered and fried eggplant half moons with garlic and green onion ($8). The creamy interior in juxtaposition to the crunchy exterior was dynamite! I could order that again and again. Equally pleasing was the crunchy rice paper wrapped Spring Roll ($8). I'm sure the protein choice makes a little difference from roll to roll. We had the vegan chick'n. It was a good flavor component.We noticed that there are a number of new items (for us). I ordered the spaghetti noodles in garlic sauce with cilantro and I picked Oyster Mushroom as my protein ($16). In retrospect, this is a dish I would take home and add more veggies to. Which is what I did do with the leftover. The portion is generous and delicious; it's just a lot of pasta to mushroom.My husband ordered a side of broccoli ($8) and somehow he also ordered this enormous mound of seasoned brown rice with it. It was too much even for two people. We took most of that home as well. And still, exactly as I remember him, Chef/Owner ThaiBinh Ho is friendly and unassuming. He actually remembered me from the first time I wrote a review and asked permission to take his photo. His food reflects his spiritual philosophy and his joy in sharing it with customers at the Desoto Marketplace.There's oodles of parking here with food trucks outside and the food kiosks inside. There are two areas with tables and chairs if you want to dine in and there's picnic tables outside. Since there are other non-restaurant businesses here, too, you can browse while you wait. Restrooms are in the back. There's even a playground if you have small children.Hours are weekday only, Tuesday through Friday with a break in the afternoon.

This food was amazing!!! I'm not a vegan or vegetarian but I enjoy good food! The amazing gentlemen who were there were so nice and friendly. That entire area never disappoints! They're hardworking people who make good product. If you're in the Desoto area definitely try them or anyone else from the shopping center.

The vegan chicken, spring rolls, and beet lemonade were delicious. The service was great. I will be back.

The food cost a little more, but that comes with the territory of eating vegan! The good thing is, it doesn't taste ANYTHING like a vegan meal The service can be a bit slow, I've waited 50min. Before for my food.. so for a person that only gets an hour, be mindful and order ahead! Pleaseee lol or you will spend your whole break waiting on your food.The myLana wrap is my favorite, along with the peaceful wings!!! The mango ginger smoothie does it for me everytime!The juices in the cooler are a little sweet and off tasting to me, but might be okay for some.The ambiance is normal for a food hall, remember call ahead or order online for faster service! But over all I'd come back a million time

Amazing spot. Nothing but good things to say. Vegan spot with some great menu items. I love it. Amazing flavor. I have to call him the flavor king. He can also bring the heat. It can get as spicy as you want it or as mild as you want it. I love the creativity. Even if you are not vegan you would love it. If you are a picky eater maybe not so much. If you're in for an adventure this is your spot. He also lets you try out some of the menu items samples. Located in grow DeSotoarket. You can look around as you wait.

When I say it's bussing it's bussing! Food is made fresh and so goodddddd! I can't wait to come back.

WOW O WOW O WOW Extraordinarily delicious and nutritious food so close to me I had no idea and now I am so grateful to have found it, thanks to yelp! I met the owner and creator of ThaiBinh's and wow was he so kind. He let me try some samples of ice cream and eggplant dish 10/10. I got the garlic noodles 1000/10. I LOVE GARLIC and the health benefits so yes count me in!!! Ambiance is super cool since its located at the grow Desoto market place. There's all kinds of salespeople selling all kinds of gems. & I gotta be honest and say that my ThaiBinh's is my new favorite go to place for all kinds of vegan goodies Call to order and pick up, food is made fresh and so so delicious THANK YOU THAI BINH
