Tasty Tate's Bar B Que

Its tough to be a BBQ establishment in a place like Texas where everyone has their own opinion of what good BBQ should be like. I tried this little food truck at the Truck Yard thinking it was a safe bet. I went to place my order and there were some kids manning the truck. It seemed as if mommy and daddy were trying to pass down some responsibility but they were not in right mind frame. They were so confused. The guy serving my plate couldn't find the serving spoon and they were all giggling unable to process a simple one plate order. Took them forever. Once I got my plate I opened it and it was laughable at how miniscule these ribs were. ~Dont want no itty bitty teeeny weenie short~...My sides were baked beans and potato salad and let me tell you I could swim in those beans! They were probably the best baked beans I have ever had. The potato salad was also quite delicious. Maybe next time I'll just order sides.

I been meaning to stop and try this truck for a while and they did not disappoint!The ribs was fall off the bone, chopped brisket sandwich, brisket nachos all were on point! They have so much more on the menu to try. The customer service is amazing and they truly put their heart in their food. I will be sure to consider them for our next catering event!

Excellent brisket, potato salad and macaroni salad. Eating it now. Impressed and will stop again. In kroger parking lot at Beach and Timberline. I'm normally reluctant to try new things but glad I did.

When the caterer we had contracted to use was no scheduled for the TruckYard-Alliance we were in a pickle. We walked up to Tasty Tate's Food Truck and Michael and Michelle saved the day! We ordered Birsket Tacos and Brisket Nachos for 75 people. Michael and Michelle delivered them exactly on the schedule we requested and our guests raved about how good the food was. Thank you for bailing us out! We will be eating at Tasty Tate's any time we see it. (Their logo appealed to us too! Thanks for that witness!)

I had their Brisket Nachos loaded, and 4 small cakes. Everything was super delicious. Excellent service and family friendly, the owner is very personable and goes the extra mile to make sure every customer enjoys the service.
