Taqueria Doña Elva

This is one of my favorite taco places in DFW. It's in a little green house looking building and you can't enter. I got 4 different tacos and I got them all tortillas. The lady was nice and service was fast. After I saw the tacos I realized it was a great deal, the tacos are big and absolutely stuffed. Anytime I'm in the area I go and I highly recommend.

This review is long overdue! I was just telling a friend this is THE place to go if you're hungry in the 75216. Wonderful people. The best tacos for miles. a little sit down area outside, but no indoor seating.

It's small joint in the south, but the breakfast tacos never disappoint 10/10! If you're a spicy eater like me get the red salsa.

The tacos were pretty good, if a little pricey in comparison to similar places. The chicken was a bit dry but the lingua and barbacoa were very good. The rice and beans were good as well. If you're in the mood for tacos, this is a decent choice for a quick meal.

I have been eating here for two years now. I have never been disappointed. I especially love the fajita plate that comes with rice, beans, a half boiled new potato, grilled onions, and a grilled jalapeño pepper. I opt for tortillas De Maiz (Corn). But you can order tortillas de Harina (Flour) as well. They also have daily specials such as Bistek Ranchero, and Posole. Also Caldo De Res and many others. I would recommend to anyone who loves real Mexican food!!

Been coming here for years (as recent as Christmas Eve) however the visit today was absolutely disgusting. Putting a sign out to say you are closed for the Holiday can make the world of difference when it comes to customer service. When you see someone who is patiently waiting or knocking at your door and you PURPOSELY ignore them, actually shut the door on them without uttering a word speaks volumes. Disgusted by this continuous horrible customer service Reference the poster board signs are for Christmas Eve and Christmas that were still up on New Year's Eve with no mention of being closed
