They have Trompo tacos here and I'm a big fan... you know that beautiful pork that's roasted on a spit and then pieces are carved off fresh for your order. Soooo good. And I love the bright red color, I believe it's paprika.. well seasoned, juicy, colorful pork. Meanwhile the Spanish rice is mild and super fluffy. The refried beans are salty and savory. Next time I'll have to try the charro bean soup -- apparently they're the local favorite. And of course the street tacos have plenty of white onion, cilantro, and thinly sliced radishes. Don't forget the little salsas!

I ordered via doordash and it's my favorite trompo and barbacoa spot. The crema roja and verde were fabulous, good kick and not bland at all. The chicharron was more meaty than skin, but still tasty with a nice spicy flavor. We'll order again.

First time here, I ordered the azada/bistek - chicharrón verde and barbacoa tacos. When I asked the staff, if the red versus the green was spicy, she couldn't tell me and I think it's important for staff to know their food. I would say the tacos were good except for the Barbacoa it had a weird taste they do give you a little green onions and raw onions and really good sauce the green sauce, avocado spices, really good and a piece of steam potato, which was a plus, but I think that they could do a little bit better when it comes to flavoring specially, like the bar co-op it had a funky weird taste

We had the trompo tacos that were delicious. My wife had the campechana and she said it was delicious with alot of meat. We will be back to try their trompo burger that looked good. I just wish their trays were a little bigger so the tacos weren't stacked on top of each other.
