Apparently Sushi Soho is just my celebration place. lol Last time I reviewed was three years ago for our combined birthday dinner. Today we celebrated walking! I broke my leg and tore ligaments in my other foot in November, and I haven't had sushi this whole time! I've only been to one sit down restaurant since November 5, and it was in a wheelchair. So today I walked (slowly, it wasn't pretty, lol) into the restaurant!! As always, Soho didn't disappoint! First, a shout out to the front of the house guys. Considering they're short staffed, the two guys who were running things were killing it! One was seating and clearing tables, and one was serving. Really great job, and they never looked frazzled and always smiled. As for the food, it's always good! I think the only thing I didn't love was the miso soup, but only because it was just luke warm. The rolls and nigiri (didn't get pics of the nigiri, ate it too fast!) were delicious and we left full. I have two sushi places. One I use for takeout, and Sushi Soho, home of the all you can eat menu. I won't go anywhere else. =)

We've been here before, but not for the all-you-can-eat. After seeing some of the positive reviews about AYCE, particularly the quality of the sushi/sashimi/maki, we decided to give it a try. We were seated quickly and placed our first order quickly as well. The food was out quickly, and our server was very attentive. The reviews were right - the sushi/sashimi/maki were significantly better than any AYCE place I've ever been. As for the ambiance, it wasn't very crowded at all, but the lighting was dim, but still plenty bright, and it felt very comfortable. Perhaps if it was crowded it might be louder, but we hardly noticed anyone around us.We will definitely be going back again and again.

Sushi SoHo is a yummy spot for fried food and decent sushi rolls. They offer an AYCE menu which is nice especially for trying out some of the smaller items (not rolls) as you do have to finish everything you order or be threatened with a charge if not finishing what you order. It's a decent sized restaurant which is usually semi busy everytime I am there but the service is quick and welcoming. I would recommend this for a fun sushi date night where you don't want to break the bank.

Just ordered 2 rolls and seaweed salad. Visiting from California was nearest sushi restaurant from my hotel- worst "sushi" ever. Not fresh tasted oldnand fishy very mushy. Was surprised ate 1 piece of each roll and tossed in trash. Ate about 1/2 seaweed salad... by then was already turned off.

This place isn't in a plaza that you would get foot traffic from, it's literally facing the service road and almost missed the location cause I didn't know where the turn in was.Anyway, the inside seemed new and modern, not very big, but had enough space. The food was better than expected for a made-to-order all-you-can-eat experience. The sushi rice used in the rolls and the nigiri were a good consistency, not too hard or soft. Flavor was good. The raw sushi seemed fresh and the slices were on the thicker side. I love that they offer sashimi, not many places do for an AYCE. Salmon was my favorite, it was soft and flavorful. The menu list was pretty long which was a surprise to me, so different things to try.The only thing I do NOT recommend that we had was the fried banana. I was expecting plantain and sweet but it was a regular banana and the batter was weird but plain that you dip in honey? I didn't like it. Everything else we had was good.

All you can eat - fine print - you have to eat your entire plate or they will charge you for the left overs. So of course I'm thinking if I don't eat some little rice or all my soup they are going to charge me a percentage? Nah. I rather eat at a better sushi joint and enjoy how I please.

I got this place to go for a picnic date I was setting up. I ordered some basic sushi rolls and crab Rangoons. The food wasn't horrible but it wasn't great. I would say it was decent. It could be because it took me almost another hour before I ate it after picking it up, so that's something to take into account. When I went in to pick up the food, the lady that assisted me was very friendly so that helps. I am very open to going back to dine in and see if I have a better food experience.

The food was better than I could've imagined. AYCA, ok. I was thinking buffet style? For 22 bucks. I'll try it. 1st, it's not the bs you get in a Chinese buffet. Sushi was phenomenal! Every roll they brought out was a work of art. Waitress recommended "shaggy dog roll". Wow. The Salmon tempura, amazing, Sushi was so fresh, perfect temp. And every bite made you want more. I ate roll after roll, the "Rock and Roll" was awesome, my absolute favorite was the "911" clean restaurant, ambiance was great, the service, was fast and fantastic. Thank you ambisha. we've been sleeping on this sushi joint too long. Give it a try, M-F lunch All you can eat til 3. If not, you're missing out. I'll be back soon.
