Got the seasoning Supreme Special with is a mixture of all of their seasonings. Very jam packed full of flavor and took only a few minutes for food to come out nice and hot. Service was quick and attentive.

Torn between three and four stars.Service was fine, but she didn't know the answers to some relatively simple questions about the menu. We all got "create your own bag" and it was pretty good, but not phenomenal. The server suggested the "super supreme" sauce which was good, but was lacking in flavor. I guess I was looking for a bigger punch or spice. On that note, the spicy is not very spicy at all, so order accordingly. The shrimp did not peel very easily and the mussels has a bit of an off flavor almost like they were just a touch too old, but certainly not bad. The portion of scallops was generous though! Restaurant was clean, server was friendly, food was average. I would consider going back if I were in the area.

The food is excellent with lots of Cajun flavors and spices. The services was good considering not a lot of customers there. The outside was very pleasing and looked very formal. As you walked in you seem more of a sea like theme with sharks and pirates.

Very good but very expensive. 2 people and it was over $100 with no alcohol. We both had the crab, shrimp and mussels boil. French fries were also very good.

The crab cake with spinach artichoke dip was very tasty. The lobster roll was served cold. Both my son and I had stomach upset very soon after. Tasted fine, though! My father had the catfish. It was a bit undercooked but seasoned well. The Cajun fries were also less than crisp, but the spice built nicely. The gumbo had a nice palate as did the dirty rice. I would come back to try the boils but would not order anything but the crab cakes and Mountain Dew--maybe the rice and gumbo--again as far as what we ordered on this first trip. In terms of ambiance, the place was casual and open. Nothing amazing but not uncomfortable. Not as noisy as you would suspect by the appearance. It was not very busy at all at dinner time on a Tuesday. The service was friendly and fast.

8:10 pm on Sunday. We walked in the front doors and were immediately told; "I'm so sorry. We stop seating at 8:15."But it's not 8:15 yet. Also the blinking neon sign, and the website say open until 9pm.So after som back and forth that lasted until 8:15, they seated us.As you can imagine, the whole event was rushed "The kitchen closes in 15 minutes, so if you want it order now."The waitstaff were surly at best. Practically mopping under our feet. Even with other guests seated around us.One glass of tea followed by "Sorry, we're out."Before the kitchen "closed" the server dropped off the check. It might be a decent place if you go earlier in the day, but don't show up late; you'll be marked a pariah.

This was to be a one and done visit. I wanted to just try a new place. It came across as another seafood boil place. Boy was I wrong. Both parts wrong. Ever since the first visit, my family and I have been back every Friday. This not your ordinary boil. I don't even know where to start. Do I talk about the multiple flavors and seasonings you can choose from? Do I talk about the to die for sauces? Or do I even point out the many combinations of boils you can choose from; is that my starting point? Let me just tell you about my first visit. Walked in, and this young man who is always in the front, welcomes me in and begins to tell me about their boils. Crawfish, shrimp with or without head, scallops, clams, mussels, crabs of all sorts and lobster. You can get the normal corn and potatoes or add sausage, noodles or eggs. Multiple sauces and levels. Now, check this out, presentation is everything. Been to many seafood boil places. You get your food in a bag and that's it. Not here. There is air still in the bag. They give you a bib and gloves. They want you to enjoy your food, not your clothes. Everything was fantastic. Perfect to the tee.The Gator Balls has the right amount of kick. Please try the blackened salmon. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. And I know you are asking if all is awesome, why the four stars instead of five. The first visit extremely impressed me, I had to come again. The following Friday, came back with the family. The catfish basket just didn't taste right. You could taste the seasoning, but not the fish. It was just off. Then the waitress first delivered the wrong food to us and disappeared. Took a long moment for her to return. When she did come back to correct the error, we didn't see her again until it was time to check out. She never offered to refill our drinks.Again though, the food do call you back and we were back the following Friday. Better service, again dynamic food. Great ambiance. Will be there next Friday.

What's my favorite kind of food? SEE. FOOD. No, really, seafood.... and not just any ol' run of the mill kind of place. I'm talking getting messy, occasionally wearing the sauce on your face, finger lickin', lip smackin', getting dirty seafood. This week was their soft launch so I wasn't really expecting them to have everything promised on their menu, yet.. So my party of 6 rolls in around 5p on a Friday night, seated immediately. Note that gratuity is added to a party of 6 or more - and good. I want to take care of my friends who bring me food. They only had fresh oysters, not the baked ones - but that will come. We started with fresh oysters and lychee martinis. Lychee is my favorite Asian fruit, so sweet and yummy - somewhere between a pear and a grape in flavor. The oysters come out, small but bright with flavor, fresh and perfect with the spicy horseradish, lemon and Tabasco. We ended up with two orders of those. Then, my party diverged - and we ordered much to sample. I'm grateful we did. My heart was set on a full Dungeness crab. I got it with the Supreme Special which is a messy sauce experience with Cajun seasoning and garlic wine mixed together. I ordered it extra spicy with no intent to share. I got boiled eggs added to it because I've never had that in a boil before. My wonderful in-laws, hot hubby and beautiful friends ordered: fried shrimp baskets that come with fries and a dill pickle, snow crab, headless shrimp (+$2), lobster tail. The boil in a bag yumminess come with potatoes, corn and andouille sausage. Thank the GODS, the old and the new, we got bibs and plastic gloves before these dishes hit the table. I already SAID I'm a messy eater! Everything got here - and we dove right in. Not a lot of talking as we dumped our bags of sauced seafood on the trays. I immediately dissected my 2 Dungeness crab clusters. IMO Dungeness is meaty enough to hold tight to the sauce. I traded a leg for some headless shrimp. I think I prefer head on shrimp because it adds more flavor. It was a glorious feast. The egg was delicious as I dipped it into the sauce. I gave away the other one. I don't care for Andouille sausage either but this was ok. I still think it's filler. The corn soaks up all the spice and flavor so that went down the hatch. AND I even took a bite out of the potato - again, that is a distraction from the crab and I consider filler.I ate all but two of the Dungeness legs. If you get snow crab, I'd recommend you pair with garlic wine sauce - the Cajun might be too overpowering. The shrimp were delicious and I couldn't finish that either. The oysters were perfect so I recommend them 100%. The Cajun dusted french fries also yum. My MIL finished her lobster tail so I couldn't sneak a bite - but I wanted to. My DIL loved his fried shrimp - and I didn't get a bite of that either. DO THEY EVEN LOVE ME? My friends easily polished off the snow crab. Belly full, still envious of other people's food. Nina, one of the owners, stopped by to check on us. The only thing we recommended was that they add craft beer to the drinks menu. We have so many good options, the domestic beers are just so ho-hum. They do have a full bar so that ratchets my rating up a notch. So it's different than a typical Americanized fried seafood joint. The spices and service were top notch. Jeez! What are you waiting for? Go there. Get some. Life is too short for boring food.
