I visited Sunny Thai Mansfield because I was craving some Thai food and wanted to try out a different spot. They did not disappoint. Customer service was great. I was greeted promptly and the staff was friendly.I ordered the Red Curry with chicken (spice level 3), and it was delicious. The portion size was great, my eyes couldn't believe it. I had to stop myself from eating so that I could try and leave room for dessert. I ended up getting the sticky rice w/mango to-go. However, I got in the car and wanted to try it before leaving...I almost went back in and placed another order, it was that good. I immediately closed the container so that I could enjoy this at home. Needless to say I'll be back.

Came here the day before Christmas Eve for dinner, and it was pretty packed. My first impression with crowded restaurants is that it's usually good -- people WANT to be eating there. I spent the entire day at the hospital without a true meal. To have a nice warm and hearty Thai meal was my version of heaven on earth. The ambiance was relaxed and warm. Memorable orders were the larb, the medium spicy shrimp Tom yum soup, and the chicken skewers. There were lots of other foods that we ordered but when you're feasting with a hungry family of 9 at the table, you're playing a game of "you snooze you lose". Medium spicy was quite spicy, so if you want a kick of spice in your soup, I'd ask for the spice on the side or just opt for a mild Tom yum and ask for spicy sauce. Skewers were delicious, especially with the sauce and mini veg they served it with. Lastly, my family let me have at the LARB. Protein forward, refreshing, and dare I say keto friendly if you're on that diet. The mint and scallions made it so delicious and were also palate cleansers at the same time. This was everything I needed after a heavy day grieving at the NTICU right across the street at Methodist Hospital. Thanks Sunny Thai for brightening mine and my family's evening with your delicious food. 5/5 would DEFINITELY come back here; highly recommend.

Sunny Thai in Mansfield is a great little Thai restaurant. The service was excellent, the food was great, and the atmosphere was livelyThe menu offers a variety of options (Thai and other Asian cuisine options). They also have Thai coffee, Thai tea, and alcoholic options The portions are hearty, and everything is well-plated. I was also pleasantly surprised that you can substitute white rice for brown rice Some tips:If you like red curry, theirs is tasty. Also, their spicy/heat levels range from 1-5, and I enjoyed a 4, but it packed a punch of heatCheers!

I tried this yesterday first lunch. I had Chicken Panang Curry with brown rice. I'd rate the food a 7 out of 10. It was hot and ready quickly. Solid choice, but not the best panang I've ever had.guys guy who helped me was very nice and personable. I'd try it again.

I'm was so glad when they opened this location in Mansfield since I love their one in Arlington too! Their Thai food is some of the best in the area and never disappoints. The service here was super attentive and made sure we always had what we needed! The space feels a little smaller than the location in Arlington so not sure if it's be great for really large groups. Overall, if you are craving Thai cuisine in the area- this is the place to go!

First time at the new Sunny Thai on Broad, although we've been to the Matlock location many times. I have to say, this spot as good as Matlock, which means it's incredible. Everything cooked to perfection, fresh and generous portions. Price is very reasonable and the service is great. It is a "Must try!"

This is not a romantic setting so the ambiance I would say is average, but the food is the best Thai food I have had in the DFW area. I went with family, my uncle had the orange chicken and loved it, I cannot remember what my Aunt had but she had something very spicy and loved t also, my son had the drunken noodles on a spice level 5 and loved them. I don't know how they do that spice level 5or if they have to pay for it on the way out, i really don't want to know. I had the pad thai and both my son and I had the tom kha soup. The soup I wasn't as crazy about. not enough coconut flavor for me, but everything else was great. Also if you are into tofu, the tofu in the main dishes is so good you won't believe it. I eat tofu a lot and it is the best I have had here. The service was also excellent, they were refilling our drinks before we could even empty them. Sorry I didn't get pictures of the other dishes. The soup in the background is the small tom kha soup.

I had lunch here with my (I only eat meat) Grandma, and we had a great time; I helped her order the tried and true chicken pad thai--which she loved--while I ordered some killer vegan options. I highly recommend the Massaman curry and the veggie curry puffs! I ordered the soy salmon and soy beef as side items, which were pretty good even totally plain, and pleasantly surprising for my grandma to try! Great service!

Ambiance on a Friday night was great. Cool crowd. Restaurant also has a small bar serving beer and wine. 3-4 TV monitors up so you could catch a game. I ordered Pad Woon Sen for take out. It was very good. The flavor and spices were spot on, as well as the portion size. Customer service was excellent. Everyone was kind and the establishment seemed to run like a well organized team. Overall, I would definitely return and possibly eat there at the restaurant, sampling different dishes.FYI, I forgot to take a pick because my first bite in parking lot was delicious!
