Subway

Subway is located off E Broad in Mansfield, TX, serving sub sandwiches, wraps, salads, and desserts such as cookies and churros!I came by during the week during the lunch rush and placed an order for the monster sub that comes with Philly steak meat and went ahead and added more veggies and sauces to it, making it literally a Monster sub. I placed the order online so I can just walk in and skip the lines and go on with my day. I went ahead and got the 6-inch Italian herb and cheese with provolone. I got the sub toasted and went ahead and added all of the vegetables besides tomatoes, and also ordered double meat. When I walked in, there was a short line, but the staff got everyone in and out as quickly as possible. My sub was being prepared by the staff and was told it would be ready in seconds. This location was clean inside and out, and the staff greeted me with a warm welcome. As I sat down with my sub and began unwrapping the paper, I noticed how packed and rolled this beauty was. They didn't skimp out on any condiments, and the bread did a nice job in absorbing all the sauces. The bread had a nice snap back when biting into the sandwich, and all the condiments played an important role in this masterpiece. Overall, this was a great quick bite for lunch that kept me going throughout the day. The staff provided great service while the quality and freshness of the food were all there. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying the churrros or foot long cookies paired with more tasty and creative subs.

This is my subway. I'm naming it and claiming it. I love coming down to this store. And let me tell ya why. One reason. "Mr. John". (Well that's what I call him) I just love him to death. He is the nicest man. Always working and always a great down to earth guy. Thank you Mr. John for making my sandwiches now for shoot I don't know how long. But I will continue to return for my 6" Italian bread turkey sandwich with pepper jack, lettuce, banana peppers, jalapeño and mayo toasted. Cuz that's how I roll.

I used to come here before the pandemic. I went so much all of the staff employees knew me by hard. I get a 6inch sub sometimes a 12/1ft. The 6inch sub is a decent size. I will start back coming back here when the pandemic is over. One of the best places ever

This was my second trip to this Subway and the second time was no better than the first. The employees are rude and act like they hate life. If you don't want to work at Subway just quit and do something else. But don't take it out on me. No one smiles, no one says "welcome to subway" like ALL THE REST DO. There was 3 people in line ahead of me and I promise you it took me over a half hour to get my sandwich. If it wasn't for the fact that its right around the corner from my house I would never come here again.

For the first time in a long time this location has people that looks clean, that's actually doing their job and. It playing around. I feel comfortable eating my sub this time knowing everything was prepared the way it should be.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ran by a bunch of high schoolers. Took them 30 minutes to make two sandwiches. Did more talking than preparing.

Ordered a cold cut combo footling. I asked for it to be cut into thirds. Comment was never read on order. The young man who did the cutting of the sandwich apparently hasn't been taught to read the order. In addition, on the half I ate, I requested spinach, pickles, cucumbers and green pepper. I counted exactly 2 leaves of spinach, one pickle, one cucumber and a 2" piece of green pepper. I kid you not. I opened the sandwich to see what was on it as the first bite tasted basically like meat and cheese only. It was the slimmest Subway sub ever made. This happened at 5:30 on Nov 2, 2023 in the event the owner of the store looks at their Yelp reviews. This young man needs to be retrained or fired. I won't be coming back to this Subway again. There are too many other sub shops to go to who actually give you what you pay for.

Put someone else's sandwich in my to go order. Didn't notice till I got home

Something was going on between the store manager and employees and it was very clear. I told the young lady 3 separate times what I wanted on my sandwich and she still got it wrong. Apologized and slung my sandwich in the bag all while looking away whispering Im so done. Now I'm eating a vinegary salty sandwich cause she is done. Lol. But It honestly wasn't about me. My advise is upper management needs to check the relationship between manager and employees there is clearly a disconnect. Tighten up the ship!

Miss this subway :( all the nearest ones are closing . I know this review has no meaning now but yeaaaah
