I believe this is the most unprofessional reply to a unsatisfied customer review I have ever seen. I still stand by my review on GrubHub. The food was just not good quality and instead of accusing me of wanting free food (the same food I offered to give back to you), you should consider the review constructive criticism and just DO BETTER! I'm clearly not the only one that has received cold and undesirable food from your establishment. The cheese stick I tried to eat tasted like it came from Sams or something. Cafeteria quality.. worst than Sonic. Not hot cheese was like a curd texture and no crunch as if sitting for a long time after being fried.The chicken wings had a weird smell to them and after the bad cheese stick I didn't want to chance getting sick. Saved the food to give back to them (minus the cake). It was a complete waste of my money. I support several of the restaurants in the area frequently. This restaurant chose to be rude instead of asking what they could do to fix it. Your current rating is proof pudding fyi.

"Cheese fries with chicken". Obviously we have a very different definition of the amount of cheese on fries qualifies the use of calling them "cheese fries". Chicken was tough and dry. Overall a huge disappointment. My husband liked his Chicken Alfredo well enough. The fried mushrooms were alright. My daughter's Pasta with meatballs & marinara was very soupy. We tried a new place via Grub Hub. I don't think we will try it again

Not only is this food horrendous but as we were driving on 820 tonight we were being "closely followed" (to put it nicely) by the delivery guy of this crap restaurant. The driver was speeding up on the back of our truck over and over again. Very aggressive! Then when he tried to pass and didn't have enough room he resorted to making rude hand gestures. Clearly a disrespectful citizen with no regard for his employer. If any employer supports this kind of behavior I don't support that employer AT ALL!! Appreciate ALL of these reviews and take heed. They are real!

After waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes for my food, I called customer service. My order was placed when the restaurant was closed. Drove by on my way to get food at McDonald's. The business is CLEARLY open. Bad service is one thing. A liar is something else. I've been a customer for a few years but I wont be back.

I am highly upset for the fact that it's Sunday and it's 9:27pm and me and my husband have been trying to order Steak One since 8:17pm. I have repeatedly called the store number 817-354-0066 and no one is answering. We have checked the hours multiple times and it says it's still open until 12am today. This is the second time this has happened within a month, we have heard so much good reviews about Steak One. Please email me when is the perfect time to experience Steak One... This is ridiculous, at the moment there is nothing good about Steak One

I highly recommend this place. Have been ordering from here for about 2 years! Steaks are fabulous. I usually order T-Bones or Ribeye. They always come hot and damn near perfect! Their Chicken breast dinner is also outstanding. If you wanna give your special someone a " home cooked" feel meal...try here.

Horrible. Tried ordering twice from this place. First night I was told my food was delivered and it was not. Took several hours. Second night my order was cancelled because the store was closed. It was not. Plus I sent in the order an hour before it was cancelled. Oh well, should have looked at these reviews before I tried to order and would have saved myself some time. Unless your cool with being disappointed, I would not order from here.
