Cecilia was a great waitress. Sweet and attentive! The beef hash is awesome too!Also, you need to try the wonderful biscuits and sausage gravy!

I always get the garden veggie skillet and add chorizo and chicken apple sausage, and grilled fresh jalapeños. My favorite, but this was the first time at this location and Alex delivered excellent service! The atmosphere of this location was top tier and certainly a place you want to bring the entire family.

For today's service and breakfast meal I decided to try something different.Settled on a new Menu beverage, cappuccino and it was great, and their Orange juice is always worth the squeeze.Eggs Benedict needs some work, the ham was hard and not so good, the muffin was toasty, asked for the egg to be less runny, again good but the Hollandaise sauce was muh, the whole dish was below par in terms of flavor.The servers and staff are always attentive.Tip, always order the blueberry pancakes, so good.I will be back but pass on the Eggs Benedict.

Really good omelettes here, and even gluten free pancakes! The staff is pleasant and helpful. The look is refreshingly modern. Wish we had this in my California town.

We lost the Starwood Cafe that was near us in Flower Mound. This Trophy Club location seems newer and nicer than I'd remembered, which was nice. Service was prompt and friendly. Ordered the standard American breakfast and choose the "pancake" instead of toast. Happy surprise when the food arrived with a stack of 3 pancakes. Three pancakes is better than one pancake every time. $13 for the order which isn't bad these days. This is definitely going to be our meeting spot for biker breakfasts in the future.

Had a lovely breakfast with my husband and really enjoyed most of the food. We both just got the classic breakfast. We had a choice of several different meats, I went with the turkey sausage sadly It had no flavor. It also included two eggs which I got scrambled and they were good, and a choice of bread. For my bread I got the pancakes and they were very good. It was a very nice portion size at a very good price. The waitress was very helpful and the restaurant is very clean and even looks like it has a cute little patio.

Starwood Cafe has a really good breakfast. They have variety of breakfast options but their All American breakfast is my favorite and you can even get a small stack of pancakes on the side with it instead of toast. It was crowded on a Saturday morning as you would expect but we got seats right away and the service was still good even though they were busy.

This is one of the best brunch spots I have been to. The service was fast, the staff were friendly and very attentive and the food was incredible. I had the Chicken Chilaquiles, recommended by the waitress, and it did not disappoint. 10/10 definitely recommend!

The manager.. maybe the owner. Was busting his ass as well as the employees. Quick service and great food. Highly recommend

Manager was incredibly friendly and worked his tail off! Food was fresh and delicious. The only negative is that a few of the female employees were hanging out in the restroom, playing on their phone. Considering there is only one stall, this was a bit frustrating. Other than that, great experience!
