Fantastic bagels and schmears. I tried the garlic bagel with an olive cream cheese and it was awesome!

Very good and fresh bagels! Stopped in since I had heard a lot about the bagels here and wanted to give them a try. I had the Supernova Lox and as others mentioned it is almost perfection. The challenge is that it could use more schmear and the bagel itself seems a bit in the undersized side. All ingredients were very fresh which was great. My main concern with this restaurant is how long it took to get my bagel. I placed my order around 10:45am and it took over 25 minutes to receive. It was something specific to the Lox orders as the other orders after me were going out quite quickly. I would definitely give Starship Bagels another try! The team were all very polite and it was a very nice and clean restaurant.

This place is pretty cool! You can watch them make the bagels in the back and they have a fun little truck just sitting there with supplies inside! Both hubby and I got zatar bagels with veggie smear. Delish! I'm a dipper though so they made mine extra toasty per request and put my smear on the side. The girl who was helping up front was really nice too!

Cool bagel shop that has a unique variety of cream cheeses. In my opinion, it's what sets them apart from the rest! The bagels I ordered were not toasted all the way (as requested), but I'd still visit again in the future.

This place is not super ornate inside, but it's the food that counts, and they definitely deliver. I chose the Supernova Lox on an everything bagel, no tomato, no cucumber, with green olive schmear. It was fantastic. The bagel had just the right crisp on the outside and that soft yet chewy interior. The proportion of schmear and lox to bagel was right on, and the onions and capers gave it a tangy bite to really complete the package. If there's a downside, there's not a ton of seating, and the prices are definitely, well, they're proud of their products (and should be). It was worth the drive from McKinney.

I have several goals in life. Finding the world's best bagels is one of them. I grew up on the bialys from Chicago, I've been fortunate enough to live on the east coast and get NYC bagels on the norm. Alright Dallas friends and visiting East coast visitors check out this place. The everything with jalapeño cream cheese super Nova was excellent. The chew and seasoning is on point. I normally would get scallion CC but when in Texas put some heat on it. I follow several NYC bagel critics and they sing this bagels praise and they are right.

I have a new addiction. It's Starship Bagel. The vibe is amazing; the service is always kind. They offer a discount to educators that I didn't even ask for, added it because I had a badge. Super generous and kind. My go to is the Za'atar bagel (perfectly seasoned, perfect texture, rivals NYC bagels from Liberty Bagel which held the prize as my absolute favorite until I found Starship by my work) with the garden veggie schmear. Paired with a vanilla lavender iced latte and you have the best comfort meal/snack for a hard day at the grind. Go get a bagel. Now. Here. It's the best.

Starship Bagel was a good representation of NY bagels in DFW. The Supernova lox on the everything bagel is a flavor bomb, and the bagel itself nails that perfect soft chew. Based on value and the quality I would rate it in between a 3-4. Here's the lowdown: the garden veggie schmear and lox combo is solid, but some might say the lox takes the lead. Could use a bit more schmear to even things out. The bagels size was also a tad small for what you pay for. Inside? Immaculate. Shoutout to the crew - friendly vibes and excellent service that adds to the experience. Just a heads up, more seating would be killer if they could bring the truck more in the back. Bagel perfection awaits, and the crew makes it worth the trip. Solid spot

Not sure I get the hype but this place is good and always busy.Extensive menu with bagel sandwich options.Looks like they had a visit from Guy Fieri in December of 2024 so that will be good for business.Bagel selection is limited (5-6 options) and are smaller than their primary competitor.They have a nice selection of schmears to choose from.Coffee is decent.Don't overthink the place, it's a bagel joint.

Bagels are good , with plenty of topping on both sides of the bagels. However they seem to be over-baked, as very often the bagels are very dark, and when you toast them at home, it's almost burnt.
