Sprout's Springroll & Pho

This family knows their Pho! Have had Pho at many places around the DFW this is one of the best spots i have tried!If you're in the Arlington area definitely worth a try. Service is really slowSitting outside, you feel ignored Had to go in several times to remind them we were outside . Coming back in a minute means they will return in 15, so when they come around, be sure to orderYeah I do not recommend this place. Only has a few tables inside and two tables outside and their service was terrible. The food was okay.

Back when Sprout's first opened I was so skeptical, it was too modern, and I had more cons than pros to say about it.Fast forward to present day, it has really grown on me. I ordered the pho deluxe.The pho broth wasn't hot or as rich and fragrant as I would like, but it's light, clean, & satisfying.My favorite appetizer to order is the torpedo shrimp - maybe today was an off day because the shrimp was overcooked with very little cream cheese.The edamame is always a must! One of my moms favorites with the chili garlic sauce and also the agedashi tofu. And we also got the beef fried rice everyone enjoys.The prices are affordable compared to the trendier modernized pho restaurants except for the spring rolls that start at $6.99 for veggie spring rolls that come with two cut in half.The service was slow today and we were forgotten before we could even order - however, we wanted to show grace because it was the lunch rush, they were busy, our server was by herself and they also had pick up and to-go orders to fulfill. And even then, our server was exceptionally nice and personable when we were finally able to get her attention.The space is cozy with booth seating along the wall and a few tables. It was clean and airy.

My husband and I love stopping at this location whenever we're craving a quick drink or Vietnamese food in the area. This location was pretty busy during lunch, which we love to see for a small mom-and-pop shop! The prices are pretty reasonable based on the portion sizes of our dishes. However, it seems like they sometimes skimp on the protein portions (I know the cost of beef has increased but it's very limited on protein, heavy on noodles and vegetables!) I came for the wonton soup because of the weather and it comes in the typical phở broth, which is a great cure all. Located in Lincoln Square so plenty of parking!

Is this place kidding me I ordered a Deluxe Pho. This look regular and skimpy to me. I got 3 pieces of fat and 4 thin pieces of beef. I am upset. This is a rip-off plus I tipped. I called if course No One Answered also got 1 meatball cut into 4 thin slices. Yeah I wont be returning to this restaurant it's a complete rip-off.

It's been way too long. I was reading my old review of this spot and I said that I wasn't big on pho...? What? I honestly don't remember ever feeling that way. Anyway, the pho here is always an A+. Most are $12-$13 for regular size, otherwise $14 for a large. And it's so large. I usually get the regular chicken pho or the grilled beef, and both are always good, the broth never disappoints. We also like the edamame, spring rolls, and the simple house salad with sesame ginger dressing. Jon is apt to order the chicken egg rolls or crunchy spring rolls. Maybe fried rice. Don't forget the many boba options! This spot can get super busy so we probably order takeout or delivery more than we go in person, but I do like their space. It's cute and clean and the staff is on top of everything, Sprout's is a well-oiled machine and I'm happy to see them last in Lincoln Square for so long!

It's ok. I wish the pho was better, but it has some issues. I have been here a few times. Had the chicken pho today. The broth is not very flavorful, which makes me sad. The rice noodles were also chopped into tiny pieces which was unusual, not sure if that was on purpose, but if it was I wouldn't recommend it. Service is good, everyone is nice and very helpful. Prices are fine. Ambiance is ok. Chairs are a little cramped and not that comfortable, but they are fine for a quick sit down. All in all it's all about the broth. If the broth isn't good the soup just isn't that great unfortunately.

10/10 this is my go-to pho spot in Arlington. It's the cleanest, most flavorful, and well-prepared Vietnamese shop. I've had practically everything on the menu because I'm telling you I've been here I think for almost 10 years. It's wonderful. Any of their phos are good but their shrimp vermicelli definitely stands out. Employees are very nice at this moment. Over the years there have been some rude/rocky employees. Only annoying this is their hours they close early! They have a lot of to-go orders but this place can get busy quick! Pretty casual.

LOVE the food here! I crave it all the time and I was able to stop by to grab a quick lunch. The staff there are very friendly and attentive! There's always some good music playing and that's a plus! What I ordered:Torpedo Shrimp: 10/10! So delicious! Tilapia Spring roll: OMG! 10/10 wish more places had this itemSautéed Edamame: 10/10 so yummy! Super affordable and delicious food is hard to find nowadays. So if you're in the area, make sure to stop by! I will be back and can't wait to try more items!

Always delicious. One of my favorite spring roll places. Staff is okay, yet, I normally order to go so it's fine for me. I do miss the duck spring rolls. My go to spring roll spot.
