Spice Rack Bar & Grill

My first time and just walking in the door wasn't the best experience. Had another customer go to the table we went to set down at and start taking paper towels. No excuse me or apologies for keeping us from setting down. The waitress was less than attentive but was able to get a beer and, after a bit, had to flag her down to get an appetizer, stuffed totter tots. They were pretty good. We were told that only fried foods were going to be served, which was a turn-off for me. We finished our drink and appetizer and left. I'm not sure that will go back. The atmosphere was a mix of uncomfortable, unsure, and not wanted.

This place definitely has more of a bar vibe than a grill, but overall a solid choice. The pulled pork quesadilla was good, though the lettuce wraps were better. Folks with us said the nachos and shrimp poboy were "okay". They have one of those jukeboxes where you can play songs for credits from your phone which is fun. The location can't be beat, though, with all the amenities of downtown Burleson. And the waitress was super friendly!

Fun place to grab a few drinks and watch a game. The outdoor seating was spacious and pet friendly.

Came with while visiting family. They brought us during a music night or something as it was very loud with different people singing as a performance. When it comes to food and drink it was actually pretty good. We were there during their late night menu so it was limited but I tried the stuffed avocado taco and it was delicious! The drinks were fairly inexpensive and decent.As far as the patronage goes it was interesting. We didn't have any issues but I did hear one of the performers say something about someone urinating on the women's restroom door handle. That's just not respectful at all. However I will say that the person up front who made the announcement said that if they found out who did it they would take them outside and "straighten them out and also make sure they knew to never come back." I believe you can surmise what that means. Now this is the problem that I have with the entire place. The service. Our waitress when she was there was good. However it took quite a while to get greeted. Probably at least 10-15 minutes and when we placed our food order it took probably another 20 minutes after that. Now again I ordered from the late night menu which generally means that the food it already prepped or that it's extremely easy to make. So at this point we have been here for about 30 minutes before we even have food. When we were ready for the check it was kind of a pain to flag down our waitress since she didn't really check on us regularly. Honestly the experience would have been a lot better if the wait staff were more attentive. I would come back in the future but I would want to make sure I had a decent amount of time to set aside to make sure I wasn't late to anything coming up.

My husband went in with his work crew for lunch a few days ago. After a bit the waitress told them they'd have to move bc her regulars will be coming in. Then, if that wasn't trashy enough, she ignores them for the rest of their meal. No refills, nothing. All while hanging out with the "regulars" Management read my messages and never responded. Disgusting place.

Just walked in the front door and was told we weren't welcome. I'm not sure if it was a random Karen or the staff. We were asked if we were here to party, we said no and were immediately told to leave. First and last visit to this place.

If 0 stars was an option, I would. We're from out of state and got refused because they thought it was a fake ID, and were quite rude about it

We had a rack burger and a grilled chicken sandwich- both were ok but it took a long time to get them. We ordered chips and salsa for appetizer. The online menu said $6.95-we were charged $8.50!! Not impressed with the salsa at all and it's way overpriced- maybe if I had been drinking I'd not have noticed. The soft drinks didn't taste right either. We felt sorry for the one employee who was in charge of the bar and dining area.

The food was good but the service could have been more. The ambience is ok kinda like the service. But try the stuffed avocado very good.

All the food is great hear. Everyone that works here is great and the service is amazing. They have free bingo on Tuesday nights and live music on weekends. Family friendly during the day more of an adult vibe at night. My favorite place in Burleson.
