Great service-they will bring to your car - meat is fresh anddelicious-I ordered to go but if you wanted to eat at spot there are plenty of outside tables so ambiance would be fine if needing to eat in large groups... opposite the spot there's alcohol run by another local business... Shindig -let's support local !!!!

Insane BBQ, we have wanted a Mexican BBQ place for ages, here we have it! Crazy good food, good location to get to. Incredibly nice owners, very friendly, convenient location. The patio is so nice & open. A must go. Food 10/10

Let me tell y'all!!! This BBQ is hands down the best! Taste so good make you wanna slap yo mama! Had the grilled cheese brisket sandwich and added some jalapeño cheddar sausage. Also the jalapeño Mac n cheese is delicious. Honestly everything at sosas is amazing! Stop and get you some you won't regret it!

Jaime is one of the most friendliest people I have ever met. He definitely has the best bbq. The brisket is phenomenal. The mac and cheese and brisket beans are to die for. He really knows what he is doing! It is all worth every penny. Follow him on instagram and make sure to give it a try.

1st let me say that this place was a surprise to me I was absolutely not looking for this I was heading to Ross and I ran across this truck in the parking lot and what a pleasant surprise it was. The truck is located in the parking lot at Ross off of I 30 in the Walmart shopping center better you can smell it from the highway i swear it smelt so delicious i had to stop i had to stop so all i got today was ribs and oh my gosh they were so falling off the bone delicious i didn't even need the sauce besides the pickles were fresh the bread was soft but the customer service was superb they had 3 individuals there and all 3 gentlemen were informative Friendly and just made you feel absolutely at home you must try this place if you like ribs. The meat was falling off the bone I really did not need the sauce the flavor was infused infused and the portion size was phenomenal I gave them 4 stars only because I wish they had like a side or maybe I missed it but I would have rather had a side like potato salad or macaroni salad called saw something cold on the side but other than that I'll be back the only ribs I've tasted better Was my father's good job fellas

First timer. They have a great spot outdoor covered and uncovered. The girl taking orders was extremely courteous and helpful. I ordered brisket, ribs , sausage, Mac and cheese, brisket beans, brisket quesadilla and a banana pudding! I had to make it worth it! Boy was it worth it. Brisket wasn't the best but it was very flavorful and was tender and most importantly it had some great smoke flavor. The ribs were absolutely outstanding!!! Sausage was great too. Mac and cheese was good not the best I've had but really good. Brisket beans were ok. I don't like sweet bbq beans and prefer the Mexican brisket pinto beans but that's just me. Ok now let me get to the best part. Sosa's brisket quesadilla is a monster. It's so damn good. It has a great green salsa that is spicy and makes the quesadilla a standout. Plus if you dip it in his bbq sauce it's on a completely different level! Absolutely delicious. So glad I ordered it. Cheese was perfect and the brisket was plentiful in every bite. Do yourself a favor and get it if you go. You will not be disappointed. Lastly the banana pudding was great. Not too sweet and fresh banana too. Wasn't the best I've had but definitely in my top 5. Nilla wafers too. My visit was definitely worth it and I always say the biggest challenge for bbq joints is consistency. I was also able to meet Mr Sosa and we chatted briefly. He was nice and I was so happy I was able to support a local startup that is cooking up some great bbq with some Latino flair. I've been to many bbq joints including the Mecca AKA bbq Jesus Franklins in Austin and I have to say that Sosa's is one of many great places I've been to. I've visited Zavala's, Hurtados, Panther City and many more in dfw. We are so lucky to have so many great pit masters serving up great bbq locally. Now go and pay a visit to Sosa's and add him to your list of spots that are doing it right and serving up some amazing que!

Good stuff. Was walking to the usual sandwich shop near my office, when I saw the Sosa's Barbecue trailer. It was excellent! I will definitely keep an eye out for them and eat there again! I had the brisket sandwich and it hit the spot. The meat was perfectly done and the sauce was great. The only disappointment was that the sides were only Cheetos but that doesn't change the fact that the sandwich was perfect.
