So Kong Dong Tofu

I've been to this restaurant many times, and it is located in a food court, so there isn't much service and ambiance is acceptable. This place serves the best Korean tofu soup in the whole DFW and it is really awesome! Furthermore, it is really affordable compared to other restaurants. If you do a combo and get a kalbi or mackerel, it turned into a great deal. If you love Korean tofu and haven't tried this place, I highly encourage you to give this place a try. Their seafood pancake is also the best I've tried in DFW.

Best price and tasty Soondubu in Dallas area!! Ingredients are so fresh and owner is very generous. Our family always go there when we are super hungry!! Highly recommend!!

ORDER- Seafood Tofu Soup- Kalbi BBQThe food is definitely worth the price that you pay. Quality food for a good price. The seafood tofu soup came in a hot stone bowl which kept it hot. Very flavorful and the seafood tasted good as well (not too fishy tasting). The Kalbi is also served on onions and stays hot for a while. Good flavor and not overly saturated with the typical sweeter Korean flavor (if that makes any sense) ! All this comes with generous amount of side dishes such as glass noodles, fishcakes, and pickled cucumbers. VIBESThis place is located inside the food court near Jusgo so definitely gives food court vibes. There are families, friend groups, and all sorts of people all sitting in the same general area. Plenty of seating and a little bit on the louder side towards dinner. SERVICEThe service was overall alright. Pretty standard and nothing out of the ordinary. They were fast to get our order out so no complaints here.

Great Korean food. Reminds me of my time in the service when I was in Korea. Dol sot bibimbap with a sizzling bowl, fantastic. The fried Mandu reminds me of the carts outside of base where I'd pick up a snack after a night on the town.

First the food is pretty decent given that this is food court restaurant! You actually get restaurant quality food. We came here as we didn't feel like driving all the way to Carrollton to our favorite Tofu Soup place and based on the reviews, it sounded like it wouldn't hurt trying it. If you have never been here. The food court is located at the end of the outdoor mall. Next to the grocery store.There are plenty of seatings that can accommodate even large groups/gatherings. We ordered their seafood and beef tofu soup, galbi and bulgogi. I was surprised to see that they didn't cheap out on seafood but that you actually get big size clams and shrimp. Also the beef tofu soup had a great flavor. You can chose the spice level from not spicy, mild and spicy. But don't expect any kind of service here! You are being warned! There is only one person who is taking all the orders and since they also take grubhub orders. This poor guy is super busy! You might stand there for awhile and he will not acknowledge you at all unless you shout it out .. just to get his attention. This is a great place to come if you don't feel like driving all the way to Carrolton. Nice place to try for sure if you haven't yet!

Great food. Love their marinated chicken and bulgogi. The sides are delicious as well. Very good prices for big portions!

I had no idea kimchi fried rice was a thing. When did this happen? As an Asian-American yelper, how did I not get the food memo?All jokes aside, Korean soups and big family gatherings go hand-in-hand. Bulgogi tastes better on holidays.

This restaurant is situated in a Asian Food Court which in itself a place to visit! There many restaurants there all pretty good! But by far the best seafood pancake! But not only that you receive these pagers when your foos is ready, but the guy that is there know every person that ordered and brings the foos out to you! Which is impressive! The foos is delicious and the service is awesome! We will be regulars since my family cannot agree to just one place! This is a good place for all to enjoy! It is right by Joos Koo an Asian Markset but then sign is not illuminated sometimes to be on the look out!

Awesome place for fast and great tasting Kbbq. For the kalbi and soup combo you can choose what soup you want and how spicy and they have lots of selections on the soup! Will be back definitely
