Snowbird Cocktail Lounge & Kitchen

I'm a little late in writing this review, but I still wanted to share my experience because it was that good! I visited Snowbird Cocktail Lounge & Kitchen right when they opened, so the place was nearly empty, but that just meant I got to fully appreciate the sleek, clean, and stylish atmosphere.I started with a mocktail, which was well-crafted, just as much care goes into their non-alcoholic options as their cocktails. For food, we went with the Wagyu beef sliders first, and they were absolute perfection juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. We followed that up with the Wagyu beef empanadas, which were equally delightful, with a crispy exterior and rich, savory filling.Even though we were some of the first customers of the day, the service was welcoming, and the space felt well-maintained and inviting. If you're looking for a stylish spot with top-tier bites, Snowbird is definitely worth a visit! I'll be back for sure.

We were going for a late night dinner with a vibe and this place had the best reviews in the area. The area is nice and its options of places to visit. The service was good. The vibe was more pop remix vibes so if you are into a remixed Beyoncé , Miley Cyrus kinda thing , then this is your spot. We were seated in a cute lounge area but due to it being a late night (10:50pm) there was a very limited menu. The food came out in about 10 minutes. They also charge automatic gratuity after 10 and it's labeled "party gratuity". Food : Hummus- unseasoned but the pomegranate made it a little betterChimichurri shrimp- undercooked and severely unseasoned. Wagyu Sliders: has a interesting jam on it but was cooked well. Drinks: (lots of ice is used in their drinks) Snowbird- tasted well. Not too sweet, the purple stuff on the ice does not take like anything. Alcohol content must be lowPineapple- cool but limited amount of alcohol it. Sweet, tart , pricey

My new found favorite bar! Adam & Conner made sure me & my wife had a great experience. We showed up for happy hour which has spectacular drink & food items on there and the prices are amazing. Nothing over $10! We stayed for 5 hours enjoying the great food, drinks, and the best conversations. Adam and Conner created drinks that fit to our palate, taught us about different alcohols and were just all around amazing. What we ate & drank:Lychee martini 8/10Berry Bramble 10/10Carajillo 8/10Old fashion 9/10Sliders 10/10Wagyu empanadas 8/10Truffle fries 10/10The ambiance of Snowbird is sexy. The lights are dim and there are lounge areas with couches providing a very intimate setting. There is two levels so more than enough space. Weekends there is a DJ and more of a club vibe.This is a must visit! Food, drinks, ambiance and customer service was 10/10

Came here right as the opened at 4 pm for an early dinner . When making our reservation we selected "dinner" as the area but was still placed in a room with very small tables. That's my only complaint. Everything else as perfection. We were seated promptly. Our waiter was helpful and knowledgeable . As starters we got the kimchi calamari which was delicious and a generous portion. We also got the waygu empanadas which were also really good. I wanted to order the bone marrow fried rice but they were out of the bone marrow so I opted for the lamb chops and subbed the couscous for the tricolor potato's. It was cooked and seasoned to perfection . My husband got the Waygu sliders which were phenomenal! I also for the pear faction which was really good!All in all we definitely want to return.

Went here for Valentine's Day and had great service! They were doing a set menu with app main and dessert for $59pp my husband did that and i got the scallops and mushroom risotto. Both of us liked our meals and cocktails! I got an espresso martini he got a marg. I'd say this is probably a better spot for cocktails (they are like $18+ so not cheap but they were super good). Food was pretty good but a bit on the expensive side. Overall really enjoyed our night and the cute ambiance! We will be back

Located at The Star in Frisco, Snowbird Cocktail Lounge & Kitchen is an upscale cocktail lounge that serves Latin-American, European and Asian fusion cuisine. Happy Hour is offered Tuesday through Friday, 4pm - 6pm. Their menu includes options for dinner, late night bites and brunch (offered on Saturday and Sunday). I have been here a few times for brunch and have always had an awesome experience. My favorites on the brunch menu are the "Breakfast of Champions" (2 eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and toast) and "You're The Steak To My Eggs" (24oz NY strip steak with 2 eggs and potatoes). Both entrée comes with a lot of food which is seasoned perfectly. In the case fairly of the NY strip steak, it is cooked as requested and always comes out perfectly. As for beverages, they have a full bar along with a variety of signature cocktails. I have personally tried their Moscow Mule (tasty), Purple Rain (refreshing), and an Espresso No Depresso (their version of an Espresso Martini) which is served with tequila and very tasty. On one visit a friend had their namesake cocktail, the 'Snowbird' which is made with of Cazadorez Blanco tequila, Combier L'orange liqueur, coconut cream, lime juice, tajin rim, pea tea bitter spray. It sounds like a lot but it received rave reviews. Recently, I was here in the evening for cocktails and light bites to celebrate a birthday which provided me with the opportunity to sample some of the foods from their 'Lounge Bites' menu. At my table we ordered Wagyu Sliders, Truffle Mac and Cheese, Chimichurri Shrimp Satay and everything was full of flavor. I'm getting hungry just thinking about those entrees. For a beverage, I went their Old Fashioned and it did not disappoint.In all my visits, service is always top notch with no complaints. The servers are friendly and very attentive (without being overbearing). Parking consists of nearby garages and depending on the time of day, valet is available. Overall, I am a big fan of Snowbird Cocktail Lounge & Kitchen and will definitely visit again.

The ambience was of course, beautiful! There were a lot of places to take pictures and so that was a nice vibe. The service was good, but the food and drinks were just OK. The last time I went was months ago. I would definitely be willing to give it another shot.

I came here for a birthday lunch and it was perfect. We received great service, I heard the drinks were pretty good and I enjoyed the food. My favorites were the kimchi calamari, steak, fried rice, and wagyu tacos. My least favorite was the wagyu empanadas. It's super cute in there, I def love the atmosphere. I would recommend and come back.

Great food and great ambiance! Definitely will go back! We got several appetizers and it was great for us 3 women! The sliders and tacos were great!
