I have been to Several Snooze ams since 2017 but the one in Plano had an amazing waiter and great patio.The Vegan Options here are amazing, the soy chorizo for extra protein is like real chorizo. The Burritos are no "itos" they are Burrotes (Large & Big Ones) the Vegan Pancakes are so soft and fluffy. The coffee or matcha latte with the plant milks are never extra.The only thing is they removed the apple pay option & one day I didn't have my wallet with me because I was running late for work, I couldn't place an order online because it is always a hassle.I have the app & I have taken advantage of all the freebies or discounts, like the pumpkin pancakes on autumn.I always take friends or family who are NOT vegan here because I know they will enjoy it.

Honestly was gonna give 2 stars because of how rude the hostess are! BUT our waiter Jaylin won us over and food and drinks were amazing per usual!! The hostess just don't communicate. We were on a waitlist for a patio seat and she walked us to a table inside, I asked if we could sit on the patio (which I also requested when we checked in) and she rolled her eyes, didn't say a word and just turned around and walked outside. I'm watching them seat other customers and everyone just looks confused as there's no communication. She also just watched me struggle with a stroller..But again jaylin was so great, very attentive and friendly!

Snooze is a staple brunch restaurant that brings consistent taste and service! we came on a sunday with a group of 8 and were seated within 15 minutes. the pancakes are a MUST and my benedict duo was a great meal before getting to the sweet pancakes.

Finally a Plano breakfast/brunch spot that isn't mediocre. The vibe is nice/clean and modern. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The manager (Rhonda) was so warm and welcoming mingling with all the tables and helping clean tables and our waiter, Steve, is someone you'd expect at a 5* steakhouse. Not a breakfast place. Definitely our new go-to breakfast spot.

If you want to avoid long wait times, you HAVE to download the Snooze app to reserve online. It's more iffy if you decide to just walk in. I'm not a fan of being forced to download an app for every restaurant I want to eat at. The food itself is not bad. It's better than the Addison location and it came out promptly. The Shrimp and Grits is always my go to so I recommend that. Overall this place is decent if you like hearty breakfast servings.
