Sip Stir Coffee House

Very knowledge and skillful on producing lattes and coffee based drinks. Service was fast and efficient.Ambiance is more of a study vibe so if you want to do work in West Village, I would highly recommend this place.

It's fine for coffee and tea and stuff. Takes a little too long for any food you might want besides a pastry that doesn't need heating. Not a big menu? But enough to go with your coffee

I usually come by here during my lunch time at work because its the closest coffee shop and I love the Dallas location. However, I have been coming here consistently for weeks and it has progressively gotten worse each time. They are severely understaffed and a simple drink takes 5-10 minutes to get without anyone in front of you in line. If there's a line, I have waited 20+ minutes for a drink, that's without ordering food. Today, I came in during my lunch as I normally do and the girl working was sitting in a chair reading a book as if she was a customer. There were dishes everywhere and it looked as though the girl was working alone. She was very rude towards me as if she was annoyed I interrupted her book. Despite my shock, I decided to order anyways since I do regularly come here. I ordered a 16oz iced oatmilk latte with vanilla, half sweet. She responded and said "an iced what?" So I said it again and she then replied by asking "no syrup added?" I told her again for a 3rd time, vanilla 1/2 sweet. She charged me and it was $7.04 which is what I usually pay for my 16oz drink. $7.04 is outrageous for a 12oz and I go to a lot of coffee shops. She makes the drink and I hands me a 12oz. I asked, "is that a 16oz because thats what I ordered?" And she said "you ordered a 12oz." So I asked to see my receipt and she said "we can't print receipts but I can email it to you." At this point, the other girl working is behind the counter (idk her name but she's usually there and very nice) and she tells her coworker that she can show me the receipt. So she turns the ipad around and shows me she charged me a 12 oz even though I asked 3 times for a 16oz. She didn't not apologize or offer to fix the situation. I went to walk out because she was clearly not going to help me and as I was leaving she yells "well, have a good day" in an extremely sarcastic tone. I am guessing she is home from school and its a summer job but honestly, this location really needs better training, TLC and oversight. It seems they hire whoever and fail to train them because they all seem to hate working there. I won't be coming back here because of the terrible customer service and if you're looking for a midday pick me up, I'd choose somewhere else so you're not in a bad mood going back to working. Hopefully these things will change.

I was excited to return to Sip Stir in Westlake after our great experience last time but ended up very disappointed with yesterday's visit. Neither person working showed interest in being there, barely replying when asked a question or even when we simply said thank you. There was little to no personality shown by either person. When I ordered my iced chai, I stressed that I wanted it really, really strong and even told the girl at the register how the guy had made it last time. Did that happen? Nope. Regular iced chai with little flavor. I was really disappointed. My fiancés hot chocolate was great, however. The restrooms were clean-ish but one had no toilet paper and both trash cans were completely full. This was early in the day so I would have expected them to be clean and stocked. Based on yesterday's experience, it is unlikely that we will return.

Loved it! This was such a cute place. And the employees were so kind and helpful. I only wish it was open on the weekends. Definitely check it out. The coffee is fabulous.

There are plenty of places to park in the plaza. Sip stir has a beautiful patio with plenty of seating. The interior of the coffeeshop has plenty of places to sit as well. I ordered the chai tea latte and it was delicious. There was a balance of sugar and milk which I appreciate. The barista was attentive and quick with the order. Their orange chair is comfortable and they have plenty of natural light.

So unfortunate to check hours on Apple Maps, see that it says Open, and then drive out here and it be closed. This has happened so many times for us. Maybe we just have terrible luck with this shop.

The service for two coffees was 30 minutes for the wait time, although, they told us 15-20. There was no urgency and the 3 ladies were moving at a snails pace. With 3 people and hardly any line, the coffee should have come out before 30 minutes. The place was cute, but the service was horrid.

I booked my hotel again in the same spot for work just because this coffee shop is across the street! The staff there is wonderfully friendly and I remembered the girl from last time. She always gives great conversation. My lattes have all been delicious both espresso and matcha. I enjoy the peanut butter apple toast a lot. The place is cute and you could definitely sit in there to get work done (although can get chatty so maybe not meetings). I'm sad I have to leave today and it'll be my last coffee here!

I have been to this location twice now and the girl at the counter is not welcoming and has no customer service skills. She had an attitude and it felt like she didn't like us. My friend who frequents there a lot complained to management because our experience was unpleasant 2 times and management did not say anything. It was really disappointing- I never leave a review and have been managing restaurants for 20 years. This place just doesn't make me feel good about buying a coffee from them. I'd rather go to Starbucks at least they are friendly
