Silvia's Mexican Tacos & Snacks

A real authentic Mexican restaurant, with great potential to stay, beautifully decorated ambiance.You order and pay first at their front counter and sit, they deliver everything to your table. I been here multiple times, they have multiple tasty specials daily.Their pozole and menudo are very flavorful, but I personally like more meat and less hominy, but I literally drank all the broth, it was delicious. Their beef caldo (beef broth soup) is great also, but only served on Tuesdays.Overall, highly recommend.

Such a warm and inviting place, very friendly family that runs this place,.They are definitely a family that works very hard for their customers. Was super cool to hear fun laughter and joy coming from the kitchen. Definitely made me smile and probably will make you too. So I already ate right before but decided I still had a little bit of room for a quick round of tacos Really wanted to try the Pozole, when I seen it on my menu I was definitely excited! Learned it was only available on Saturdays, which is cool because I have an excuse to come back asap and try it. The tacos I got were the Fajita, Pastor, Barbacoa and the Chicharron. My favorite being the Pastor and my least being the Fajita. The Pastor had a very good savory flavor as well did the Barbacoa. Next time I go back with double the order of two of each with these along with a big bowl of Saturday Pozole So when you come here you pretty much are getting a home cooked meal, and for a very reasonable price. My tab came to $12 with tacos and horchata. Very much recommend Sylvia's from the atmosphere, food and especially the people.

Very nice little casual place with fantastic homemade food! I had the Huarache with Pastor meat and a barbacoa quesadilla, both were delicious, moist and flavorful with lots of cheese.

Quaint and clean little gem hidden in a strip center on Matlock. Parking wasn't an issue. Wait staff is super friendly. The restaurant was spotless. Clean and the furnishings, while not fancy, are newer and not beat up. Restrooms were exceptionally clean, brand new looking. Ambiance is casual. Menu is simple. Daily specials on the board. Everything was hot and delicious. The service was impeccable. I can't wait to try everything on the menu!

Love this place! They have tasty Al pastor tacos! The place is friendly and quick! The prices are reasonable! The Godly comments make me smile! The person that owns this place deserves a spot in heaven for good food and promoting God to everyone! Way to go Silvia.

Consistently great food every time I come! I'm a fan of tortas and their pastor torta never disappoints! Pretty reasonably priced for a small Mexican restaurant, they have tons of options, I can't wait to come back and try them all!

Great food! 1st time coming here. My husband played it safe by ordering Migas. I ordered the Pozole. Needless to say he stole my Pozole as it was awesome and one can never go wrong with Migas. We will be back for more. Thank you.

Went in for breakfast and it was good got the chorizo plate. Everybody was nice and service was great.

Great food! Was looking for a good place to eat on a Friday night and was impressed on the quality of the food. Service was fast. Hidden gem!!! Highly recommend

I almost don't want to post this review. I know when I do, this hidden gem is going to be exposed for its greatness. I have had several items on the menu and they were all amazing.The staff is so sweet and the restaurant is cozy. This now my Taco Tuesday spot cause it is authentic, delicious and you definitely get your money's worth.I eat in and then get an order to go because I know I will crave some for a snack. These are the only tacos that taste as good rewarmed as they do fresh so that alone says a lot. Fresh, homemade and I am addicted to her green sauce.I didn't want to share my secret spot but she deserves all the hype and the business. Sylvia's is always 5 star delicious.
