Shakertins Dallas

Location was in a quiet part of town. The menu was limited, but the food was quite good. I had a cheeseburger and side salad. Drinks were good, and service was great. Enjoyed our meal and casual ambiance.

Happy hour is 3-7pm Mon-Fri. The Mike Tyson fight was Friday so this was time great. Eat , drink and watch a fight for cheap. However to be on the safe side of also RSVP for 2. Things were going well until I ask could they turn the sound to the fight up on the TV. It was then I was told I would need to move from my table because I didn't pay for the table. However I did RSVP and was already spending money on food and drinks. I was told I would have to move from table to table and may have to stand with my food and drinks in my hand. I was told this foolishness by the manager. I closed my tab and left. I won't be back.

Came in Sunday and happy to find a bar open to grab a drink before dinner. Close to the Galleria, and accessible to many other locations. There is a parking garage in walking distance from the bar. Shakertins is a chain. Offers pool table. Cocktails, wine and tap. Good selection and service. Prices are average to high.

WINGS WERE AMAZING! I picked lemon pepper and sweet heat Thai chilie! I got all flats and they were amazing. The wings were juicy and crispy!Went on a Friday night and there was live music and it was so loud. Couldn't have a convo with people at my table. Service was good. We ordered an app and never got it but overall everything was good!

Great selection of food, reasonable priced and great service. I often forget this spot is here because it's so tucked away but I plan to Start going more often especially since it's pretty convenient, parking is safe and I love the fact they have a pool table and great music

Stopped in rights at 3pm to kill some time before another appointment. Unfortunately a little disappointed with the drinks. I didn't see the bartender shake my Espresso Martini and we ordered our 2nd drink off the happy hour menu... they were out of Lavender syrup and made the old fashion with Makers instead of rye and upcharged us.... So no happy hour prices for us.

I had not heard of Shakertins, due to not living in the immediate area of this location, until a show I listen too was doing a live event here, that I planned on coming too. It's a little bit hidden in the center but they do have some signs pointing the way. Service was a bit slow initially, but they seemed slightly understaffed at first with folks funneling in for the start of the event. Actually, the first interaction we had was a staff member accidently bringing beers to our table that someone else ordered. Of course it got figured out, we saw another staff member or two come in not long after us, and things smoothed out and we had a good experience given how busy it was.We didn't really eat a lot that day before coming up there so we opted for their "Our Best Sellers....give em a try!!" for $29 as of my writing this review. comes with chips and queso, 6 wings, and a pizza. The pizza is automatically pepperoni, up charge if you get a fancier pizza, we opted to just try cheese this go around. I didn't try the wings but my husband enjoyed those, it had the right amount of sauce and was on the crispier side which is how he likes wings. The chips were decent, but I would skip getting the queso next time because we didn't care for it enough to finish it. The pizza we got was pretty decent, reminded us of what you would get at Macaroni grill when we still had one near where we live. From what we saw going to other tables, the next time we try a shakertins we would try one of their burgers next time!

I'm thankful to Shakertins for letting us check out this location ahead of when the public had a chance to get in. I got the Blood Moon Margarita and Lime in the Coconut here and my order was received promptly. The drinks were delicious and worth the price. I wish I tried the food as there was a limited menu due to the soft opening, but maybe next time. When I initially arrived, I didn't have much direction to sit at a table or know if I could go directly to the bar. I did end up going to the bar, but was a little confused regarding a menu. I would suggest the business to look into adding QR codes on the countertops and tables linking the menu for convenience. It would be easier than flagging someone down to access. Not sure if it was just me, but I barely have any signal in the business as well so I had a hard time getting webpages to load while I was there. Made me a wonder a little bit if there would be public WiFi available for the location. It was a little difficult for the bartenders to hear me and vice versa. Not sure if that's just what I should expect going forward or if the music/volume will decrease when they start playing games, etc. In terms of the menu, I'd love to know if there are any Happy Hour specials or events on specific days. I guess more to come, but looking forward to many more HH's and watching games with friends here.

Came here with some friends to catch some food and drinks. I got the western burger and it had no flavor. And only got 2 canned Happy Dads. My girl had a lettuce wrap and 2 happy Dads as well. Total came out to about $80. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. We have had fine dining experience where we pay $80-90 but not at a dive bar. Probably won't come back just because of the high pricing. At least the waitress was nice and helpful. Yes I am sure our tab was $76.32

So, this was the first time we came for the LSU watch party. The environment is very nice and welcoming. It's a great sports bar with enough TVs to watch your favorite team. So, for the food, we had chips and queso, which was good. Then we had the fried pickles, and these were alright; they were not that crispy, soggier with grease, but decent. Then we had the pepperoni pizza. It's a lovely 16-inch. It was good but just greasy. Over, it's your typical sports bar with a great atmosphere to watch a game. Food is good bar food, but they can work better with less grease and better-fried pickles.
