Sara’s Donut Story

Hands down my favorite donut shop in the flower mound/lewisville area. The owner is so kind and her story speaks volumes. The donuts are fresh and while she has the traditional ones, she also has a few fun ones. The ambiance is so fun and my son loves coming with me to look at all the little things.

So glad to have found Sarah's. They have moist yummy gluten free (cake density) donuts with many frosting options. Their basic glazed donut is well done. Not crazy sweet. For those that like a unique donut they offer many choices. Chantilly, strawberry shortcake, s'more, Nutella, oreo..... Many more. The staff is always very kind and quick.

Pass by all the mediocre donut chains to come here. Locally owned with super fresh and creative pastries. The bulgogi fritter is amazing. It's a glazed donut surrounding savory beef and onion--delicious! The sausage kolcache are really good too! Thanks to Sara's family for sharing the spirit of their daughter with Flower Mound.

Bring your young kids, grandkids or borrow your neighbor's kids! They will love this place (and it can be an excuse to come here and have one of the fancy donuts)! Easy to find, plenty of parking! Be prepared when you walk in as this is not just a plain donut store. There are collections of all kinds of stuffed dolls and animals plus many other items on both side walls. The kids will forget they wanted a donut or three. It will give you time to explore the whimsical creations!I had a hazelnut crème and a glazed. Both were very good!

I finally had the chance to make it out to Sara's Donut story from entering the front door to leaving with a box of donuts, it's like a fairytale.Super friendly and wonderful service. This donut shop has it all. It was so hard to decide which donuts to choose! All had wonderful flavor and the cream was super light and not overly sweet! I aim to come back again to try some other flavors, like the bulgogi dumpling!

A cute little spot that offers tasty donuts and friendly service. Their donuts are beyond the run-of-the-mill variety found at many other donut shops. Everything we have tried here has been fresh & delicious. Sara's is a local gem that is worth checking out!

They have keto donuts. One of the only donut shops I've found in the area. The people are friendly and you can tell they put thought into their shop's decor.

everytime I go in they never have what I want. I go in when I want a large cheese and sausage roll, which they buy from a vendor. They always have the one with jalepenos, but not the regular ones. I have several times suggested maybe they buy more of them. They never do. Tine to find a new go too place for donuts
