For this area this is probably one of the best places but if you compare the prices to spots in Dallas this is definitely a "bottom shelf restaurant". We ordered burnt ends. They were a little overcooked. The flavor was great they had a sweet bbq sauce that was fantastic. We thought to ourselves, it's starting out OK. We ordered a queso, it was velveeta queso... for ~$12 I'm expecting an actual queso. We said- maybe it will get better?!? Forty something minutes later we get our food. I ordered lamb chops. Taste was decent and it had a sauce but the sauce was pretty watery. I had a side of Mac and cheese (no flavor, velveeta was that you making an appearance again?!?). I also had a baked potato which was fine. My husband shared a New York strip medium rare. Part of it came out completely rare. Overall, this is a solid 3/5. There are signs hyping up this restaurant leading up to it saying it's the best steakhouse in Ennis but I think it's the only one in Ennis. . Somehow our meal came out to $100. For this same price there are places comparable in price that are one million times better.

Holy He**!!! Steakhouse wise HIDDEN GEM! Krista was the server and her personality and personable was 10/10! But the food I am convinced God put his hands on this food! The smoked wagyu ribeye wagyu filet and Big rib plate with 2 sides which are Mac and cheese and Brussel sprouts and nothing disappointed! Cocktails their infused whiskey sour and regular drinks are reasonably priced the ambiance is rustic and fun! They're a bar after 10 and had live music on this Saturday night! Anyone within an hour drive (this was my commute) must try this place! ASAP! Best place I've had in the country as of now at 35.

We had an incredible experience at Rouston Cattle Company in Ennis, TX! They graciously accommodated our large group last minute, which was a huge relief. The service was impeccable - our server was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The cocktails were outstanding, each one crafted to perfection. Highly recommend this place for both the excellent service and delicious drinks! We'll definitely be back!

Road trip and didn't want fast food -- found this place and it was fantastic! Wedge salad and a burger -- could not have been better! Subbed the parm garlic fries for regular -- so good! Great value -- fast friendly service -- really good food!

The good: -steak was cooked perfectly, everything we ordered was delicious. -staff was friendly and attentive Not so good: -sitting on a hard bench with no backrest! I wouldn't go back just for this reason. Really uncomfortable. -waiting almost an hour for steaks-really small bowl of queso with chips I could buy at Walmart -bathroom is really small and awkward, very dimly lit

Absolutely delicious! BEST steak in Texas! We split the Wagyu Tomahawk which was phenomenal! Highly recommend the Blanton's flight as well! The atmosphere and ambiance is laid back, warm, and welcoming. What a unique and delectable experience! Waitress was wonderful as well. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Awesome service awesome steaks! Worth the drive! Looking for something different when having steak, this is a hidden gem!!!

The service was great and the Wagyu steak board (Filet, Strip, and Ribeye) and bread pudding were fantastic! The steak board was more than enough to feed 4 people!

A $45 Wagyu NY Strip shouldn't have given a sharp knife so much trouble. This place has everything going for it except the steaks. A couple on either side told me they never get the steaks here. Too expensive and too tough.
