Royal Fried Chicken & Seafood

So the service is excellent. When I say best customer service I have experienced. Nice friendly and just a good vibe. The okra was fried to perfection. Best okra I have ever had at a restaurant. You will most definitely get it again. The French fries weren't fried all the way through. At first I thought I was me being picky but I let me son (25) and granddaughter (2) taste and the younger one said yucky! So, I know it wasn't me. My son was like are they done. Again, I knew it wasn't me. Now the chicken. Everything that looks good doesn't taste good. While the chicken looked real good, it didn't taste good at all. I don't know if it was the grease, that gave it a funny after taste. It tasted like your cousin who just learned how to cook, trying to cook. However, it was n epic fail.I still don't understand how the okra taste so darn good and everything else was so, not good.To be honest I would go back just because of the okra and the service. I am only ordering okra through.

No more Rudy's for me! Thank God for Royal! Great tasting, fresh, fried chicken right down the street from me! We do not have a lot of dining options in our neighborhood, so I was excited and delighted to try real fried chicken today. I got a three piece, dark and added two extra pieces. I asked for extra seasoning and boy was at the right decision. The french fries were delicious the pickles were fresh. The small roll was sweet and soft and a nice addition. We will be back many many times. I'm sure. Give them a try if you were in the area. Their dining room is clean and brand new looking. There's a table inside so you can dine in if needed. Had a great chat with James who was working the front.

Best fried barnyard pimp in DFW hands down. I'm so glad I found this place a few months ago. Location on S. Clark road could use sum renovations but overall good food

Food always fresh, the service is great! 10/10 highly recommend. Koolaid always sweeter than me so please get that!! Promise royals never disappoint! I love it there real baddd!!!

The food is prepared when ordered. The inside have very few tables, about 3 or 4, it's small inside and if you didn't open the door and look i, you would think it was closed. They need a sign or menu on the door or window. Make it look as good as the food is. The vegetables are a must have, especially the okra. They were very friendly and treated everyone with respect as I sat there. It took about 15 minutes to get order but it was well worth the wait. I definitely recommend. Good good food.
