I haven't really had Salvadoran food before and after trying Rosi's, I now need it to be more readily available in my life. Every single thing I tried here was to die for! The staff was very friendly and patient while I decided. The chips and salsa they brought were fresh and I loved how warm the chips were. Not too salty either. Foodwise, I got the Plato Tipico so that I could try everything (pupusa, tamale, fried plantains, and fried yucca (cassava)). I got to try the Chicharron Con Queso Pupuusa and the Lorocco Con Queso. I cannot stress enough that I loved literally everything on my plate. It was beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. I can't tell you which I liked the best. Everything was cooked beautifully and I really wanted to get a second plate to-go. Please do yourself a favor and try out this wonderfully delicious place!

These pupusas were sooo good! I really enjoyed the fajita pupusa, the meat was seasoned well. Service was superb, I didn't realize that the fajita pupusa came with avocado sauce and the staff replaced it promptly at no charge :) If you enjoy pupusas, check this place out. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area!

I've been to Rossi's Salvadoran numerous times, and the food is always amazing. I always start with a Pupusas, which come in many variations and are all quite large and filling. The Steak y Camarones, Bistec Salvadoreño, and Carne Asada as the main course are all stellar. And their Rosi's Old Fashioned is spectacular, made with banana liqueur. This location on Jefferson Boulevard is well worth checking out, with easy parking in the back.

A tough day for lunch out. Cold and rainy. Looking for some warming food; we came across Rosi's Salvadoran Fusion on Jefferson. New to us, we decided to check it out, as we're big banana leaf tamal fans. What we found was an interesting blend of lounge and bar, outdoor patio and indoor line of tables and chairs stretching to the back entrance. Junior, our waiter, was very friendly and helpful. He showed us a photo of loroco. "Echites panduratus is an important source of food in Guatemala and El Salvador. The plant's buds and flowers are used for cooking in a variety of ways." Junior said that it's similar to squash blossoms and it's used in dishes at Rosi's.We each ordered chicken tamals and I ordered a pork, bean and cheese pupusa called a Revuelta. My husband picked the Pechuga con Salsa de Loroco; a grilled chicken, rice, grilled veggies and loroco sauce entree. The tamals had peppers, beans and chicken inside. The masa was delicious and tender. The chicken was a little tough and the pieces were a little big and stringy. On the whole, though, they were pretty good. My pupusa was excellent with a terrific tangy slaw and a thin tasty tomato dressing. I think I could come back and try all their pupusas if they're all as good as this one.I tried a bite of everything on my husband's plate and that Loroco sauce is amazing. More of that please. We had a good time in spite of the dreary day. Junior is wonderful. Parking is the only issue. That area, even at shortly after 11A, is busy. There's parking meters out front and a lot of "Loft Residents Only" in back; but hey, it was raining, maybe there's more I didn't see. We lucked out in back. But go for the food. You won't regret that.

Great tasting pupusas and drinks. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. It's not too far from the main bishop arts area, so there's much to do nearby.

My colleagues and I came here for dinner while we were in town for a conference. The ambiance in the restaurant way great! Junior was super welcoming, accommodating, and incredibly patient as he served our large group of 10. As someone who is Salvadoran and grew up in the Bay Area of California, I was so happy to have authentic-tasting pupusas in Dallas! All of the food was delicious. The curtido was spot on and reminded me of my mom's. I will definitely be returning whenever I find myself back in Dallas.

Came here for the soft-opening night and everything was superb. The space is beautiful, sexy, and cute. The service was great and the mixologist made all sorts of delicious drinks for us. For food we had the tostaditas, Carne asada and a sampler of desserts and everything was really good that we couldn't stop eating. Can't wait to try more things here.
