Rolling Ice

Wife and I came here on a whim and it was so cool watching them make the ice cream!! She got the Cookie Monster and I had coffee ice cream with brownies as the filling then topped with almonds and pretzels. Delicious!!

Who doesn't like a little ice cream on a Saturday night. I purchased the Mango Madness. Low in calories & tasted great. The employees were quiet but they worked hard.

My husband, son, and I went here last night. It was delicious. I got the cookies and cream, my husband got the mango madness, and my son got the coffee. We will be back. If there is a big crowd just be prepared to wait but it's worth it.

The ladies there weren't super nice and the rolled ice cream was not very good. Honestly I wouldn't return.

Food was delicious. It was different and had real coffee in the coffee ice cream. But it tasted great. The women were very friendly and helpful. I would say service was 5 stars even though it is a little slow simply due to the process. It is near a High School and University so the ambience was suitable to the location. My girls really enjoyed it. They have a large menu of flavors, add ins and toppings. Cute place to try.

UTA Students they offer a student discount!!! I ordered an Oreo milkshake. Personally I prefer my milkshakes a little thicker and this one was a little bit on the liquid side. They make their milkshakes by making the rolled ice cream and then putting it in a blender with milk, which explains why it is on the liquid my side. I still liked it overall. They played good music and the place was kept clean.

My husband got the Astroworld and I got the Cookie Monster. The cashier was quick and we got our ice cream in no time. The ice cream was delicious. The place was clean and they were playing good music.

It was over all pretty good my brother really enjoyed it the lady was really friendly

Customer service was HORRIBLE went in the lady making my ice cream took incredibly long and the other worker kept scratching her face over the ice cream inside not the best looking ice cream was good though

Would definitely avoid this place and suggest everyone else to do the same. I came in with a group of us and we all didn't like the food. Multiple issues and probably health cod violations as well. The day we came in, their AC was broke and they left out a bunch of opened can goods like mangos, fruits, dairy, etc.. one of my coworkers got stuck in the bathroom after eating here. We ordered 6 items and took over 40 mins to complete. They had this girl working on each item individually while there were 3 other staff around her hanging around doing nothing. Other people came in after us and another person completed their order before us. They couldn't use their common sense to get someone to help this extremely slow girl with the order. I complained and their answer was, we're working on it. I told them that it was over 30 mins and your only have done with an order of 6 items.
