Horrible service. Refused to accommodate a request for LESS beef in an entree due to dietary restrictions. Placed order through DoorDash where the red does not all you to add special requess - you must call, which I did. He argued with me about substituting and said they can't add beef. I'm not asking to add, I'm asking to reduce the meat. He put me on hold multiple times and stalled me until he came back and said the kitchen already made the entree. Absolutely ridiculous. For a $30 order - a simpleRequest of less beef should not be an issue. Beyond unacceptable.

Great food and generous portions. The staff was friendly and provided fast service. I will definitely return and recommend to others.

The Chris fried rice is really delicious! I got mine with chicken and shrimp only & they were generous on the amount of meat they put in the rice box. I would definitely recommend this place. Plenty of parking in the front.

Some of the best fried rice I've had in a long time. I ordered the combination meat Chris fried rice with no spice. When my food arrived I was a little skeptical, because nothing about what was sitting In front of me looked anything like fried rice. It lacked a lot of color in my opinion.. However, fried or not .. The flavor was everything. There was a nice amount of the different meats (chicken , beef, pork, shrimp, etc ) . I probably could have requested more veggies just because I like veggies, but overall I was satisfied to the Max. I also ordered a large egg drop soup. I'm sure like at other restaurants the soups are pre made so requesting extra eggs in the egg drop soup is unlikely . , I still enjoyed the egg drop soup. I highly recommend this place. I'm not too big on left over foods, especially leftover take out . Only this was pretty good the next day when I ate it for breakfast .. #ChrisFriedRice

1TxGalPosted a review yesterday about our dinner Friday night. The manager responded and offered to remake our dinner. I took him up on it this afternoon.Now that is what we are accustomed to! Tasty, not burnt, yummy! Thank you for making it right with us. We will continue to be customers.

Absolutely the worst at getting orders correct. Both my receipt AND the top of my order specify no carrots. I am allergic to them. Yet my order is chalked FULL of carrots. Their back of house staff continue to get this ABSOLUTELY WRONG! This will be the LAST time ever ordering form this place. They can not process refunds unless you return to the store. Ridiculous. If there was a rating of 0 stars, this would get 0.

Forgetting orders in Door Dash bags, and do not want to fix it! Your customer service is horrible.

Food is pretty good, pricey but fair for the amount of food you eat. Only thing.. is my order was incorrect so maybe just working on checking that aspect of it.

Call this place ahead of time and you will find they have increased the prices exponentially. I just called to order shrimp fried rice w extra shrimp. I ordered $1 worth soy sauce packets. They only give one soy sauce packet per order. The grand total was $18+! I had to ask the guy to repeat himself. That's a $6 increase! I cancelled and wont order there again.
