Rex's Bar & Grill

For the first week of business...they are running very smooth and efficient. We had amazing service & the food was way better than I expected for a "Bar & Grill" type restaurant. We had the Italian nachos (minus peppers cause I am allergic) they were everything I had hoped for. The pretzels bites are not a normal baked bite...they had a great salty butter dipping and served with a great white queso. Our mains were a knock out of the park..,The BIG REX BURGER...is HUGE!!! Short rib was tender and delicious!!! Chicken fried steak was tender and the very homemade gravy was a plus!!! We will be back in the regular....great atmosphere for the sports fan in your life!!

Rex's is a really great spot. I wondered how in the world they were going to fuse a sports bar with an upscale feel and menu, but they did. It's totally a sports bar, however it's also a great restaurant. The food is really good and the service is excellent. It's definitely a place to try. I'll definitely be back.

I stopped by this past Friday 1/24. I was made aware that they opened 9 days ago. The overall ambiance was nice. The kitchen is transparent with a window view to see them make your food. The staff, were new and understandable still getting the hang of things. They have a spacious seating area for you to wait for a table or your to go food. They have an indoor and outdoor to go section they are still waiting to proceed with. They have 2 bars, 1 is enclosed with windows covered with football helmets. The pizza sizes should probably be displayed on the menu. The vegetable pizza was pretty delicious. Their salads were okay. I tried to have pepperoni added to one of the pizzas I ordered. Unfortunately they would only be able to do that if you build a pizza from scratch.

We tried this place out tonight and it was so good!!!! Tried the deviled eggs which were absolutely delicious and the pizza was a wonderful Neapolitan style thin crust. We got the meat lovers. Plentiful toppings without being overdone. The restaurant has a very chill vibe and is definitely an elevated casual experience. Our server was so nice and very informative! Will be back and highly recommend!

Perfect date night! The food was delicious and our server was fabulous! Excited to come back and try more of their menu.

From the food to the service, everything was amazing! Go see Jay behind the bar. He will make you an amazing watermelon ranch water. I suggest starting with the deviled egg or spicy buffalo wings and getting the tomahawk pork chop or short rib for your entree. Don't forget dessert!! OMG!! The dessert is amazing!!! Get the chocolate cake!Cool atmosphere as well. Looking forward to having private events in the H Lounge!

I Really liked the open space, patio, two bars, TV's every where. The servers describe a "Scratch Kitchen" which is great. We split a caesar salad, which was huge and the wagyu cfs. This came with green beans and mashed potatoes. Portion size was great, food was very good price can creep up on you though. Splitting the nice meal with 2 beers was over $50 with tip. The service was excellent though, the atmosphere too. We go to Texas Roadhouse a few times a year and Rex's is comparable with a better menu and very nice bright interior. It is a few bucks more. They had both Mahi-Mahi and Salmon on the menu as well as fish tacos and some more unique fare. It's a more refined and sophisticated "roadhouse" style.

Missed getting pics because we had so much fun eating and visiting with friends on the patio!! It was Valentine's Day night and our large soccer group staying at Fairfield hopped over for dinner. Thankfully one of our amazing soccer dads coordinated with the manager! We were able to sit on the patio with heaters and have a wonderful meal, drinks and lots of time to visit.... Bonus points because the Chelsea game was one ! The biggest reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of the managers ability to direct me toward safe gluten free options that support my celiac needs! Due to cross contact he said he could not recommend anything that he can for sure say is safe but he directed me to flower Child just across the street. Since we checked ahead of time I was able to get some dinner to go and bring it to Rex's and eat with our group!! Thank you all for being so accommodating and supporting other establishments. Everyone had a great time!

Everything about this spot is on point.. heard about Rex's, that it was the new place to check out for live sports and for food. They did not disappoint. Food was great- We decided to mix it up and try different things. We shared pizza a Cesar salad and the chicken pasta. All were amazing, from the flavors to the sizes. Drinks were solid too.. I had their old fashioned and my girlfriend had a watermelon ranch water. Ended up taking a piece of key lime pie home with us. Will definitely be back to our new favorite.
